Online order placed at 5:01. 5:30 and app still says preparing. Then I get a text saying the order was sent to Uber eats. 6:00 rolls by and now it says possible delivery by 6:20... 6:11 the uber eats eta switches to canceled and now the JJ app shows its out for deliveey at 6:14....why not just tell me you can't deliver 2 miles away and give me the option to cancel? I'll give you 3 stars cause it actually showed up and it was raining.

I don’t expect the food to look just like the photos but this is the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. It has one piece of ham that looks like it was folded over. I did ask for extra lettuce but one piece of ham? Then I had to wait while they “ found” my roommate’s order because they said they didn’t get it but they did so my sandwich was cold. Had to wait for them to make roommate’s lost order. And called customer service was given the run around. Why do I want to talk to the manager when they let food go out of their place looking like my photo and lose orders! If your higher ups don’t care why should a manager? Will not be returning, I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s down the road.

District Manager Cody and General manager Anthony makes this place uncomfortable, unprofessional and just down right disrespectful to their employees. Fired my nephew on his day off for taking cookies home when he was told by the supervisors that employees can take some home. Fired over COOKIES! His first time getting in trouble at this job and gets fired over some cookies. Do not recommend their service, hospitality nor employment.

False advertising… The pickle sandwich is not a sandwich size as they’re promoting, the pickle is finger size. They charge a full size sandwich ($8) for a tiny pickle and two small pieces of meat! Ridiculous!

Easily the best Jimmy John's around! The team is always welcoming, and remembers repeat guests. The service is super fast, and the quality is excellent. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. I cannot sing their praises enough. I initially came because of the convenience, but now I come back because of the people. Thank you guys for being amazing.
