I asked to get my sandwich toasted 2 seconds after I paid and denied my request because they already made the sandwich. Tired of these kids now days at these food places can’t do things because it’s against company policy. They act like I’m asking them to commit a crime. Customer doesn’t come first anymore. It’s company policy over customer satisfaction.

The food is good but getting them to follow directions for your order has become almost impossible after having to get 2 sandwich orders remade 2 days in a row this place is making it the bottom of the lunch list fast. Very disappointed from jimmy johns really need to get the customer service under

i drove 25 mins to get jimmy johns to go and i open the sandwich and its just bread with lettuce and tomato. no meat at all 😭😭😭 please refund me for my order. im so sad Marina G

I’m putting a good review here because it’s way better than the crap I was served at the 118 E John Carpenter location. Don’t got to that one. This one is better. I assume ownership is probably different.

I ordered a beach club the other day and the turkey meat tasted like old and spoiled. The meat was slimy and almost grayish. I felt instantly sick and like I was going to throw up. Please throw away old food and make sure all your deli meat is fresh. Please see my images of the meat attached.

Did not feel important as a customer or as a person. Which sound off to say, but most places will at least greet you and be more attentive with the order taking. The girl at the front just ended up complaining about their coworkers and customers and I just felt uncomfortable. Wont be going here and don't recommend it. The food was gross and soggy. They didn't even call out the sandwich like they said they were so i waited longer than i should have for a sandwich i didn't even know was done.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had! Staff was so unbelievably rude. Interrupted me when I ordered. Yelled at me to get my order at the counter. When I asked for a bag for my food the manager replied with, “they’re right there.” I was so shocked I had to laugh in disbelief.
