I have used Aphrodite dessert products in my small business for the past twenty years. Aphrodite was bought out by Johnson Bros last year. Since that time I cannot get product in a timely manner. When I do pickup product, the cases of food items are covered in heavy dust. I have to wipe the cases off before opening to prevent contaminating the food. The customer service is terrible, from placing the order (lack of follow up) to the pickup process which is unorganized and ridiculous. Probably because I am a small business and not worth the effort. I will totally revamp my desserts menu and take my business elsewhere. It is a bummer, I really like the product, but it is not worth the hassle to deal with Johnson Bros!
