I have used Aphrodite dessert products in my small business for the past twenty years. Aphrodite was bought out by Johnson Bros last year. Since that time I cannot get product in a timely manner. When I do pickup product, the cases of food items are covered in heavy dust. I have to wipe the cases off before opening to prevent contaminating the food. The customer service is terrible, from placing the order (lack of follow up) to the pickup process which is unorganized and ridiculous. Probably because I am a small business and not worth the effort. I will totally revamp my desserts menu and take my business elsewhere. It is a bummer, I really like the product, but it is not worth the hassle to deal with Johnson Bros!

Don’t think you can make a purchase and walk out with Items the same day without setting up an account before hand, it takes 24hrs to setup an account. 3 stars because the front clerk lady was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to want to want to work. Rolled her eyes as soon as I walked in asking if I could make a purchase.
