Ordered honey bbq wings on the way to an appointment. Got to my appointment and realized they gave me plain wings went back a couple hours later( post appointment) they warmed up the wings I brought back and tossed them in sauce.

Ok so i go in they are nice and to the point but the person i spoke with needs to listen better or pay attention more.. i asked about sauces but was more specifically basic HONEY AND HOT SAUCE. And i had asked for a handfull of each with my 10 dollar bucket. Then when i get home it hot sauce and ketchup... really who the hell eats ketchupnon fried chicken. I'm a born and raised southerner in this area and ketchup is how ya insult the fried chicken. Like what the heck i had said honey sounds nothin like ketchup. And if he thought i was being general about it then why only the two of the 4 basic free sauce choices. Todays norm to hage that happen i guess now like everywhere i go not just food stuff.

Last Friday I went to purchase lunch using a kiosk and after it paid it said to get with a team member. The team member informed me the transaction didn’t go through I showed them my bank account it did and had been deducted already. This team member Luis was very rude and aggressive with his interaction with me as he was annoyed and told me I had to pay again and it was a very uncomfortable situation that I ended up leaving to get food elsewhere bc I didn’t want to pay twice. And today is one week later and the transaction did go through after he insisted it did not. So last Friday I was met with a rude aggressive team member charged and didn’t get lunch wasted half my 30 mins there only to be turned away. Luis can definitely use a coaching on how to treat consumers as a manager I was in disbelief how he spoke to me and treated me it’s disappointing bc me and my coworkers come here often as it’s convenient but not anymore after that interaction even they felt uncomfortable.

I went to buy the wings and potatoes wedges. The wings were to spicy for me. Instead I received four pieces of chicken meal with potatoes wedges, that didn't taste fresh, instead hard a little cold. I looking forward to the potatoes, instead big disappointment.
