Ordered a #3 a four piece only 2 pieces of chicken was fresh….They serve old food it’s not worth the time….Never will I spend another dime of my money at this place!!!

Victoria was great and very informative and welcoming. Unfortunately when my friend went up to ask for condiments, one being mayo, she was met by Eric the shift supervisor who was very rude. He told her that they didn’t have packets of mayo and “next time ask for more Mayo on your sandwich”. She came back to the table and shared what transpired which frustrated me so I went up to ask for his name and title. He identified himself and I shared with him that it may be best practice to extend common courtesy and helpfulness to the customer as we are not employees and wouldn’t be aware or privy to information surrounding inventory and that mayo is not a condiment option as we had received the other things we asked for (ketchup, hot sauce etc). His tone was rude and dismissive which escalated the situation further. He also walked off while I was talking to him and I advised I would be contacting corporate, to which he stated “Go ahead”. As if it didn’t matter and there would be no repercussions for his actions. That may be the case, I am uncertain. The restaurant was not busy and we were two of maybe 5 patrons. No busy drive thru line and this is at lunchtime. If he is the store leader, I can see why. I also witnessed him being rude and curt to staff as well. There were several other restaurants within walking distance to choose from, which in the future we will. This was my FIRST and LAST visit here thanks to Eric. The rest of the staff were excellent, kind and helpful. A manager should be the example and the standard for the rest of staff, not the other way around. He is arrogant, nonchalant, rude and dismissive and does not need to be dealing directly with customers. I feel sorry for the staff that works under him.

I got the famous bowl and the chicken did not taste fresh at all. It actually taste like old grease. Very disappointing because the famous bowl has always been one of my favorites.

I just left the place. I did not know that now if paying with card I needed to do it by myself on a new screen they have and I thought I had enough cash. Well, I did not enough cash and had to do it thru that new system. The hispanic guy at the cash register got mad and was VERY loud to me. Then they complain that people do not like hispanics. That attitude DO NOT help at all.

Everytime I go here it’s like they give me old chicken. The hot and spicy wings are always super hard and dark like they are using old grease. Please change out the freaking grease of it is old, no one wants food fried in grease from 5 years ago.

If you assembled top graduates from the top universities and gave them an assignment - determine how to deliver the worst service and worst food, I guarantee you that could not find a way to be so bad as this location on Sunday July 9. There were an abundance of people behind the counter but only 2, maybe 3 appeared to be working. One particular individual kept asking those of us at the counter - "has anyone taken your order" - numerous times and we collectively said NO - after which she walked away. The fish tastes like it was cooked in oil that has nit been changed or filtered in months.

Unseasoned. Bland. Whoever likes KFC, or thinks it has the best fried chicken, either has never been to Popeye's, is desperately hungry, there is no Popeye's close enough, and or doesn't know how to season chicken batter at home.

They messed up my drive through pick up.I ordered 2 meals and a side of chicken tenders. I got only 1 French fry and 2 spicy meals when I wanted one regular and 1 spicy,I didn’t get any sauces for the chicken strips.What really is malt annoying management will NOT answer the phone. Clearly it’s because he doesn’t care.I’ve called 3 times.The owner must not care either as there’s no responses to negative reviews on Google reviews.Well we certainly won’t be picking up from this establishment again.Poor management, Lousy customer service!Get a real job and fulfill orders as they are PAID FOR! And have some customer service skills and answer the phone!You don’t answer the phones as you know you and your team are lazy!Vomiting
