I would never go back to that Kentucky, the Hindu who is there as a manager is terrible at serving, not only the public but also her workers, poor employees who are putting up with this bad character, the location is very good but with little public influence, because they don't vote for her and put another person with good charisma in front of the public🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Fails to accept corporate coupon. No customers in the store or the drive and the two counter people that were there, had their own private little conversation at an eating blue I stood at the counter to wait for them, to reopen they're cashiers. It's no wonder this company is folding let's remember Colonel Sanders slogan.
In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.
I can see where they're doing everything wrong

If I could give 0 stars I would. No sense of time management skills. Was not able to order at the speaker and told to pull up to the second window. Waited 20 minutes behind the car at the window. The least they could have done was have someone come out and inform us what was going on or have the car in front move forward or park.

Drive thru order: 15 minute ride home and food was still hot. The only issue I had was the chicken thighs seemed to be more on the unfinished cooking side, rather than done. We got the family tender feast meal along with an additional spicy chicken sandwich and an order of taco bell nacho fries. Spent $41 (rounded)

Good people friendly service, but for some reason they never have enough original chicken. Plenty of extra crispy but I can get that anywhere! I love original.

Food comes out great every time just be aware the drive through can be absurd at dinner time so have a podcast ready. If you go inside it is much faster

I went to KFC today 9/15/2024, I don't go often because of bad customer service and food and orders wrong so about 4 or 5 months I haven't gone, but I woke wanting KFC so I went back thinking maybe it's better. Everything was, customer service drive thru, chicken, sweet tea, cole slaw, ?????? Happy Customer, Thank
