I ordered through the app from the parking lot and waited about five minutes before going through the drive-through to pick up my food. Unfortunately, the food was shockingly cold, stale, and clearly not freshly prepared. The potato wedges and honey bbq wings were so old and hard that they were completely inedible and had to be thrown away.
What’s frustrating is that items like chicken, fries, or wedges don’t take long to cook, especially when fryers are already running. Serving food that has obviously been sitting too long feels careless and unacceptable, particularly when customers are paying full price and ordering just minutes before pickup.
Once this type of food is cold and stale, it has no flavor and no quality left. This experience was disappointing and not worth the money.

I have been ordering on this branch several times now either dine-in or pickup. Their people have no idea how to direct customers who are waiting for their orders. At first i plan to pick up my order from the drive thru as it was a cold night, they told me i could do to the window. When i got to the window they told me to park so i moved forward to the end of drive thru. Later on they told me to actually park on a parking spot. Then the car after me got their orders done ahead from mine. Such a chaotic mess.
So i got my order and it was a big mess as well. Several itemd were missing and i have to go inside just to ask for the missing items

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The fries were amazing and crispy. The chicken thigh was juicy and flavorful. I wouldn't recommend the chicken tinders. They were a bit dry and overcooked. The small chicken sandwich was pretty good, but a lot of mayo. Overall, we had a pretty good experience and will return 😊

On 11/4/2025 around 5:30 pm I went to KFC on Josey st. I went inside because the drive up was too long. I walked inside and a gentleman was ordering chicken and was told they were out of chicken.
I heard it and we both left. I went to Panda Express next door. Prior to that visit I would have to wait 15 minutes to get my chicken because they were cooking it. This location didn't use to be like this. Not sure I'll ever go back there.
Food was good however the service could use a better training. They didnt double check the orders. Also the lack of customer service is a long wait if you don't know how to use the machines. Also tables most were dirty and there wasn't any paper in the bathrooms. This place wasn't like this before so I'm a bit sad that it's gone down the dine in service if you do come you have better chances getting your order right on drive thru than dine in. There was only one girl that actually fixed this mix up.
