I made a stop today after work. Rosy was the cashier and made my experience very pleasant. He quality checked my order. Note most fast food restaurants don't. My meal was correct and delicious. KFC, don't often give more than 3 stars for a fast food place. This one was a combo KFC & Taco Bell. Had the original chicken, my favorite. Is very greasy, but still good.Staff were helpful and polite.Was clean and loved well cared for.
Ordered food, never received! Don’t order online dasher will take your food and say they delivered it. Tried contacting store they never answered the phone or played”they don’t speak English”when I walked into the restaurant.

They often make mistakes on menu. Its small, but it happens often in small things like forgetting to give us a drink, getting side menu wrong or leaving it out. Ive been living around here for past 4 years, but past year ive been seeing these mistakes happen at least half the time I go and have to double check when I recive the food. If i dont, i either have to drive back or the food or just "eat whatever I got, which is very inconvenient for a fast food place

I arrived at approximately 3:58 and couldn't place my order until 4:16 due to a communication issue at the register. You would think since there were several staff members standing around watching TikToks they would have opened another register. I ordered a 2 piece combo with mac n cheese and a order of nacho fries and cheese. I didn't receive my order for 20+ minutes and even then I had to approach one of the staff members standing around on the phone. I checked the bag and I saw I was given chips and cheese instead of the fries I ordered. The young man did not offer to swap them out or anything so since they were for my grandson I just ordered and paid. I arrive home 2 blocks away sat down to eat and noticed I was given mashed potatoes instead of mac n cheese but to top it off the oversized thigh was undercooked. So basically I waited over 30 minutes and the only thing worth eating was my grandsons nacho fries and chips and cheese. I did not return the food as I refused to leave the house and waste anymore of my time, I was suddenly reminded why I live two blocks away and haven't been to this restaurant in over 4 years. Some things never change a complete waste of $11.77!!! I ordered chicken not salmonella!
They deliver on what they offer. The new nuggets are amazing. Dunno then I'm thier gravy!
