Not one to make a bad review but I ordered a taro milk tea, but it was so sour and tasted almost like expired milk?? Tried to drink it since I bought it but ended up throwing away after a couple sips.

I got the passionfruit green tea with less ice, 30% sweetness, and boba. The boba tasted old, stale, and was tough and too chewy. The cashiers were nice but I also asked for a cup of water and they charged me an extra 1.50$ when it’s usually free.

Never had such terrible tea in my life. I cannot imagine how a business in such a busy area could have a place so incompetent in making tea. I mean how difficult is it to get tea right? No one could finish it and it was the fastest 18$ I wasted on my life. I mean even the Thai tea was white not orange and tastes like lychee and something mixed but def wasn’t Thai tea picture posted for reference. I most certainly would not recommend and would rather not have tea than to come here again. I hate to leave this review because ei really support small businesses but sometimes you have to realize something just isn’t your cup of tea. It’s sad to make customers waste money just to give them nasty stuff.. Thai tea is usually brown orangish.

Boba was very similar to that of cat piss and dog vomit, be my guest if you want to try that. Out of many toppings. The service couldn't understand orders, had to restate many many times. Would not recommend ‼️‼️‼️

Ordered a black milk tea and Thai milk tea, both with boba, and both were pretty bad...Thai milk tea is usually more orange, but the one they gave us looked like a regular black milk tea. It was the same color and similar flavor to the actual black milk tea, but only a little different. The boba was also a mix of old (dry, hard) and fresher (chewy) boba which was quite strange. The boba was also not as sweet as we were expecting and was quite bitter, with a citrus-y aftertaste?? The drinks were just off.Maybe it was the time we visited (8pm on a weeknight), but the quality of the drinks was very poor.

I came here earlier and had the honey green tea. It was really good. They have this claw machine on which I wasted $2. Oh well. Everything was great in terms of food and service. But they have this sign that says $1 for a medium up of water which was off putting.
It was my first time here and I love it! Paid $13 for two large drinks including tip. So many flavors to choose from. Went with Passionfruit green tea and the Coffee milk tea. Both were great and the cashier was very friendly!

I come to Kung Fu Tea all the time and have never had a bad experience until today. The two girls kept interrupting me during my order asking me if I was done and trying to finish my sentences and when I tried to correct them on the order they would smirk and look at each other and rolled their eyes. Then when she got my order wrong because she wouldn’t let me talk she said she didn’t want to remake it and her coworker kept smirking and mumbling to her. I asked my girlfriend to see if she could remake it and she went inside and asked the girls if they could and all she did was take it and shake it and said “here now it’s all better.” Then they both laughed and gave my girlfriend my drink back. This experience was absolutely horrible and it’s unprofessional to have girls like this working, especially since I tipped them and was nice to them the whole time.
