This is a misleading place with different naming and please correct me if they changed something. They have to do a good job to keeping information accurate. They don’t have icecream when I explicitly went to get icecream.

Firstly, its not Kwality it's called Saima's Kitchen (on the receipt). Next, I ordered 3 Pan falooda's for takeout. While falooda's were being prepared, I accidentally saw the owner Saima smelling the noodles making sure they weren't bad, without wearing any gloves (not sure why I still took it, feel gross after thinking about it again). After preparing it she gave me the falooda's with straw and spoons. The spoons and straws had a lot of dust on them. Once I reached home I wanted to make sure before consuming that the falooda's were good. And they tasted of rotten eggs. Called the restaurant immediately to ask for refund and the owner first didn't agree to the food being bad but upon insisting that the falooda's were bad, she literally tried all the things she put into the falooda again and told me that a green syrup they put in had gone bad. She agreed to refund the money but couldn't instantly refund it as she had to call her customer support to get the refund issued, they finally issued it after a week after I went in again personally. Never going again to this place. Cleanliness, Atmosphere & Food quality of the restaurant needs to be improved a lot and ASAP.

Here's a bad review based on your experience:
Absolutely Horrible – Never Going Back!
I can't believe how much my experience at this restaurant has changed in just five years. I used to love it, but today, November 17, 2024, was a total letdown. The food was awful, and the prices were outrageous.
I ordered two bone-in chicken orders and four samosas. The samosas were decent and reasonably priced at $6, but that’s where the good part ended. The total bill came to $34.62, and when I subtracted the $6 for the samosas, I was left with $28.62 for the chicken. What did I get for that amount? Just four tiny pieces of chicken legs. No rice, no bread, no sides—just a few sad onion rings and some slices of tomato. For $28.62, I expected a full meal, not a few bones on a plate.
That works out to $7.15 per piece of chicken. $7.15 for a tiny chicken leg? Seriously? Do they think people are paying top dollar for just a few pieces of meat? When I asked the girl behind the counter about it, she gave me a piece of bread—like that somehow made it all okay. It didn’t.
This place has clearly gone downhill, and I won’t be back. The food was tasteless, the portion sizes were laughable, and the price was absurd for what you get. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. It’s not worth your time or money.

Worst food ever. Even the spoons and straws have dust in them. Even after we complained about the dusty spoons the guy at billing counter just used a paper cloth to clean the spoons and gave them back to us. Food is full of oil. Falooda is worse. The sev in falooda was uncooked and its really hard.

This is the worst Indian food I’ve ever had. Basically a bowl full of oil with a tiny amount of chicken and I couldn’t eat it or send it back. Disgusting.

We ordered Chole bhature, samosa and Vada pav and sweet pan for to go. The taste wise food is fabulous. Chole bhature is must try as not only the size is generous the taste is equally phenomenal. Chole is the best in Texas to go with a true North Indian taste. Samosa is with spicy filling but the star was the tamarind chutney to go with it. Vada pav was packed nicely everything separately to put together the Vada pav according to you liking of sweet and spicy chutney to make it extra spicy there was red chilli paste and sautéd green chilly to go an extra level of hotness to the Vada pav. In total good food to take out.
I agree to dine in ambience requires upgrade.
Fresh sweet pan was delicious and freshest.
Price wise it’s a fast food chain competitor.

We have been to Kwality many times before but today was a very bad experience for us. We ordered vada pav, one of which had a raw batter(uncooked) omlette pav had too much salt, boti chicken and chicken tikka were overcooked to an extent that they become mushy and were salty. Very disappointed to take our friends visiting us from other state to this place. It has degraded in quality.
