Didn't add the item to the order unbeknownst to us.We had to go back and reorder the 2nd burger after everyone else in our party had received their food.Not so sure why he was being weird. Otherwise the food was great, place is clean and would return.

I typically have the best experiences at this place. Todayis my cheat day so I pulled to grab my usual veggies burger combo. Granted it was later and near closing (8:46) but the one guy said no problem- it'll only take few mins. He started to ring me up only to be told by another, guy the reguster was closed all the way down. Really? There were customers still eating in the lobby and a lady in the kitchen cooking. It would've been so easy to take my order, consult a manager or ring paid order up in the a.m. -something! I'm not a complainer, but also not a fan of being turned down BEFORE actual closing time. Went during Spring Break. The food was amazing. We tried a few different burgers and they were all great. The real winner of the show was the Kimchi Fries! This place was amazing! The food was so fresh and delicious. I have eaten at other LA Burger’s around town but this one just tastes better! My wife does not eat chili dogs anymore and the few times she has she was very disappointed ….she said the chili dog here was one of the best she has ever had!! Service…talk about Service….owner actually came around the counter and came to our table to personally ask if we needed anything else! Everything is clean, we had plenty of silverware and condiments! Would definitely recommend this LA burger location and will definitely be back!!

We are from out of town. Food was fresh and amazing. Our 8 yr and 2 yr old cleaned their entrées! Bulgogi curly fries were delicious. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely visit this place again when in town!

Went here for the first time today and loved the food! We got the Hawaiian, west coast and k-town burgers and they were absolutely delicious! Not to mention their onion rings were amazing too..if you are in the area do check them out..Vegetarian options: They have amazing garden burger options too!

This was my first time dining in this restaurant, upon entering--the atmosphere was clean and inviting. I kept it simple and just ordered the OG burger, which is your typical lettuce, tomatoe, pickles and onions also the homespread sauce (ketchup and mayo).The burger pattie was not only fresh and beefy but it had such an amazing flavor. Not to mention the fresh crisp vegetable on the the burger. BJ the owner was very pleasant, he smiled and took my order with such pleasure. Also when I was in the restroom, my food came and BJ covered it with napkins, showing such great customer service and compassion.I will MOST DEFINITELY return here. There are plenty more things to try. And it's all fresh to order! ??????
