Twice the same lady who served me, the first time she didn't add avocado to the cake I ordered, the second time I asked for it with everything and the lemons are supposed to go separately not inside the cake lady, I bit her and I felt something lasted and it was half a lemon inside the cake,

For many years my family has been a customer of this place, today I came on a trip to buy some corn and some meat for some fajitas at the butcher shop as my family always does, but the white and gray-haired butcher shop man is a DISCOURTEOUS person, RUDE AND DOES NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, she yelled at us from behind the display case to tell us to leave that this was not a food area to which I asked her how do I order the food then? meat if I carried my little glasses of corn in my
hand or then if you can't pass with the food they should put a notice where it is prohibited so that people can read it without feeling yelled at by the staff, I am also a business owner and the voice-to-voice market is the most important to the client. treat with love and respect or then you are not prepared to work with customer service. We are very educated people and this message is for the owner of this business because workers like the man from the butcher shop can lose business and customers! Education and friendly treatment is the best image you can offer your clients!

I don't have a Google account so I'm going to do this Review through my husband's account and I'm going to do it in Spanish because I want it to reach the right audience. I am very disappointed with the service of the Guadalajara. I've been going to that butcher shop since I was a child and the service has only gotten worse. It started since a “certain group” of people started working there, they are/were rude, lack of manners, they didn't want to work and they don't want to provide customer service, and the service is very slow. And then we continue with the ladies and gentlemen who serve the food. It doesn't matter that there is an organization, or that you are online, they are going to jump you anyway and shout as if they were an auction “who's next!!”. Why not just use your voice and manners and ask “have you been attended to?” Today when I let the lady know that I had skipped my turn, she replied, “I asked who was next and she didn't say anything.”
bone WHAT is the point of standing in line and waiting your turn?? If in the end they are going to end up attending to the one who shouts “I'M NEXT!” and not the next one who has been waiting in line. And I promise you, this is not the first time this has happened. Once the man preferred to attend to a girl who cut the line, because he was crazy about her. Other times they don't even answer, they all gather around a hole to talk and wait for customers to join them. And I don't even want to start with the ones they are bagging!! I don't know if she still works there but she's a short girl who's about 4'11 with glasses! It is very disrespectful and unprofessional. If you no longer work there, good for business. Because not only have I had bad experiences with her but also my mother and other acquaintances. Lately I avoid and try to go to Guadalajara as little as possible. And it's not because the food or products are not of good quality. Yes no Because of the type of “new” clientele that already goes there (sorry, they can't even say “excuse me, or excuse me, I'm coming in”) and because of the type of people who already work there! And I'm NOT talking about the owners' relatives. Because when I started going as a child, only the family worked there and I went to school with the younger sisters. I understand that the same employees do not always go to work. But please, even if it is, hire workers who are well-mannered, competent, and have good customer service. And that they be attentive to customers, so that my husband or someone else doesn't have to eat two liver fatties, when he clearly ordered a cake al pastor. Sadly we had already arrived home. But what can you expect, right? I can go on with more negative experiences I've had there, but I think you get my point. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RUINS AND ENDS BUSINESSES.

I highly recommend trying the cafeteria style restaurant inside the store. During lunch rush, you have to wait in line, but it's worth it. Super friendly and helpful staff. Food taste great and it's well priced for the portions you get.
They sell the 1.25L glass bottles of Coca Cola, which is import only, as far as I know!!
