Good pizza for the price. Their pizza portal makes pickup super easy

Absolutely horrible service.

I ordered a pizza & bread at 7:40PM with it to be ready at 8:30PM. I get there at 8:40PM and they hadn’t started making it. I ask when it will be ready and the girl said “Soon”.

25 minutes go by so I ask again. The girl said “They have not put it in the oven”. I asked “Why is it not ready?” and she said “I don’t know”. I responded with “It does not take over an hour to make a pizza & bread”. The girl just said “Ok”. While I was trying to talk to the girl, she kept making conversations with other customers, including new people that walked in. I finally said I would cancel my order & ask for my money back if I didn’t get it soon. The girl simply said “Cool”.

The girl went to the manager and told me my food would be ready in 6 minutes. They finally started making it! It was ready 15 minutes later.

Long wait time and incredibly rude staff that doesn’t care about people. I will never come back to Little Caesar’s. There is a reason it is often regarded as the worst pizza chain.

Pizza was hot and fresh and quick, BUT...it was wrong. I asked for a Classic Pepperoni. As shown on the receipt, they charged me for Classic Pepperoni. But they gave me Cheese Pizza. The cashier was an African American girl (not sure if the same one mentioned unfavorably in a few recent reviews by others). She threw away the receipt right away and I had to ask for a receipt. Sometimes cashiers just do this, but in this context it seems intentional. I tipped, which now I'm wishing I hadn't. Was in a rush to get back to the party with my friends and didn't check the pizza until I arrived and got this little surprise. 🤦😡
I also thought maybe she just grabbed from the wrong rack by accident, but they're clearly marked on the outside of the box, as shown in the second picture
Not worth going back, but they're getting this bad review

The food & service at this location is outstanding. Cleora has the best customer service & is so sweet & personal. Definitely recommend for a good pizza!

The black lady is working now is very rude with the people ,is very mad,need to get her out of the house

As a door dasher, the pick-up was nice and easy.

The girl is always accommodating and nice. Pizza is always just right. Never undercooked like ithers

HORRIBLE PIZZA!
I'm pretty sure this pizza was sitting for a long period of time and they microwaved it. It didn't even have tomato sauce on it.

We really tried to make this our spot once a week which we did for over 6 months but we're done.
you lost a customer!

This place was so great I had to go back and I placed a second order. The tall guy behind the counter that was putting the drinks in the cooler was so helpful and kind that it made my day! I recommend this place for sure! I also love that their pizza isn't flat like most of the places!

Literally the worst customer service, I live 5 minutes away and id rather drive 10-20 minutes away to get any food. I didn't get a name but it was a young black African American girl that has total disregard to what I had to say, she had her airpods on the whole time I was talking to her and gave my a attitude when I tried to correct my order. This isn't the first time this lil ceasers has disappointed me and it won't be the last if they continue to have people like this working for them. This is the worst establishment that has been around my neighborhood in the 25 years that I have lived here.
