I was excited to try this place! We arrived at 6:30 and waited 2 hours for them to sit us down & we eventually left because the wait was ridiculous. There was people that arrived after us that sat down before us with the same amount of people in their party. We only had 5 people & after waiting an hour, we asked how long the wait will be & they kept pushing the time to 25 mins then 15 mins. The lady in the front finally called us but then told us that we had to wait another 10 mins for them to clean the table which we understood but then comes back & says that the table can only fit 4 people & not 5 so we have to wait an additional 25 mins. By then we were already waiting for an hour & 30 mins which is ridiculous. We asked around 8:15, how long it would take & they said we had to wait another additional 15 mins. They eventually called us at 8:30 & told us that they were ready for us but by then, we already left because we already waited almost 2 hours & we have plans at 9:30. I’ve never had to wait this long to be sat down before like I understand the wait on a Saturday night but the fact that people with the same number of people in their parties arrived after us & sat before us while we were already waiting forever was ridiculous. I do not recommend coming here unless you have all the time in the world to wait.

Manna Shabu is hands down one of the best hot pot restaurants I’ve been to! The ingredients were fresh, the broth was flavorful, and the variety of options made for an amazing dining experience. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a meal with friends or family.

A special shoutout to our waitress, Hanah, who provided outstanding service! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made our meal even more enjoyable.

If you're looking for a great hot pot spot, Manna Shabu is the place to go! Can’t wait to come back.
