Marco's Pizza

Food gets 2 stars for presentation. Every time I order from here something is always missing. This time I happened to receive two incorrect pies. I'm not going to keep going up there or keep calling. I'd say steer clear from ordering delivery and just order in-store. I will say though they have kind drivers.

We ordered the Chicken Fresco Pizza and plain chicken wings, and the chicken just tasted off in both entrees. I can't quite place it but the wings tasted and smelled old/stale, were slightly gray on some pieces (and were also very fatty). I hate wasting food, but they were so unappetizing I ended up throwing out the majority of the 10pc. The pizza was pretty good, but I wish we would have picked a different protein because, again, the chicken topping tasted off. 😖 On the upside, the delivery was quick and efficient, so there were no issues on that front.

I visited and ordered from this location several times in the past. During this visit, the manager argued with me and did not want to accept my digital coupon. I had to complain for about 5-10 minutes until they decided to accept my coupon that they sent to me..!?!?!??!? I will not be ordering from this location in the future. I would rather go out of my way and order from the Midway & Plano Parkway location.

This place has severely dropped in quality since it first opened. Last few times have been horrible experiences leading to this review. Our simple order(thick crust,white sauce, chicken & olives) was terrible. Sauce was non existent, the dough was risen in awkwardly certain areas was thin & stale, the entire pizza itself(crust especially) was undercooked, and the chicken seemed to be old and left out. This will be our last time dining with Marcos.

I had to wait for the store to remake a pizza because of several large bubbles on one of the pizzas. When I got home, the remade pizza also had bubbles all over it. That left more than 1/3 of the pizza without sauce or toppings. Both of the pizzas ordered were undercooked. So, I called to complain. After 12 minutes, my call was picked up and the receiver laid down so that I could hear employees and pizzas being cut. I called out to anyone that could hear, with no reply. After about 2 minutes, I hung up in frustration

The pizza is actually pretty good for the price. Not the best, but again, the price is pretty good and they usually have good deals going on. Everytime we've picked up pizza here, it's always been fresh and hot. The reason why I'm leaving a review is the last time my wife came here, the girl serving here was very rude for no reason. My wife went to go pick up the pizzas, the girl dropped the pizza on the desk, rudely said, "check it" and walked off. Nothing else was said from here. Attitude for no reason, and has left a bad taste in our mouth for this location

Good pizza but too pricey compared to their competition

Medium pepperoni and garlic Parmesan wings turned out okay. Had medium bacon pizza that had a few unchewable bacon pieces that was way too hard and had to spit it out - not sure if that was bacon or not. Tossed it.

First 2 times we had marcos pizza it was great .... but last 2 times have been horrible. The pizza has been very chewy. I noticed there's been a certain worker there by themselves the last 2 times we had it. I don't know if shes new but that's the common denominator. I will try a different location next time.

If you’re expecting your pizza to be on time, then you’re mistaken. The workers ignore mostly ignore you. The phone goes unanswered. You could show up late and they are consistently not ready.

Delivery estimates are also way off. Expect them to take over an hour. Save your money and time - look elsewhere.
