Called in to make the order for pickup. Though there was a language barrier, I was impressed with the woman who answered the phone. She was patient & we overcame the language barrier by her suggesting a favorite. The fish was scary to look at but the taste more than made up for the looks! Simply DELICIOUS!

I waited in the car until they fixed it and they brought it out to my car. I had a little pup in my car I'd just picked up to be fostered, so I didn't go in; I just called.Experience was very good.

The employees are friendly but I am giving this location one star because they messed up a simple order. I ordered a philly bowl and they forgot to add sauce so all of the toppings were melted to the bowl and I had to scrape pieces just to eat. I called the store to speak to a manager but was told there wasn't anyone available until tomorrow so I asked if they could remake my bowl but the employee insisted I call back another day when the manager is working. If a manager is going to be present then they need to train their employees how to handle simple situations or else they need to be present.

I order here once, twice and sometimes three times a week. I order a XL Pepperoni Manifico, no sauce, 3x garlic sauce crust, 3x Romajan crust. And ranch occasionally to dip it in.I don't know what that other review was talking about with the food poisoning, but I've been here for 6 years and not once did I get sick and the quality is always consistent. In fact, recently it's been even better. Not only that, they're stand up folks. I asked them to call when they left because it always sends to the wrong address. My phone was on silent from a meeting earlier that day. Poor kid left it at my door on the third floor. I called, driver made it back to the store, I saw a missed call 20 minutes earlier :( obviously the bugs were chowing on the pizza in front of my door for 20 minutes so I couldn't eat it. I called and drove up there, the manager made sure to make it right (without hassle) since I couldn't eat the last one. And it was right before closing too as if he didn't have a lot to do already.The drivers always deliver it fast and it's always steaming hot, I always make sure to show my appreciation (everyone should). I've never been sick, I think the other lady had something else that got her sick.If I had to critique anything at all, it would be the software. I've lived here for years and it still sends drivers to business 121 instead of normal 121.The store is amazing and so is the manager. Actually both of them. When I get pizza from the fellas during the day it's always amazing too. I'm a pizza snob so if the cheese is bad or dough sat out too long I can taste it as well as any cheap ingredients - these guys don't disappoint. Thanks!

I tried to give them another chance, but I'm totally done with this location and perhaps the franchise as a whole. Their service and food quality continues to decline. Ok here is the last straw, I ordered a Large Deluxe thin crust, regular Garden Salad, and small Cinnamon Squares.They delivered on time, pizza and salad look good. After I plated it and start to dig in, I'm confronted with an insect/bug of some sort, not sure if it was in the pizza or salad, but either way it was there. I called the store and the young man says we don't have bug, which to me implies that I did (not even) and he would have the manager call be back. Of course no call back and I'm left with food I'm afraid to or will not eat. I'm DONE with you guys, believe that‍

5/10 or 3/5 pizza, never bad but just not that good. Very expensive for what you are getting too, you are better off going to a local pizzeria that has NY style pizza.

FOOD POISON ALERT! This was a Weekly favorite for our family. Unfortunately, our order on June 20 I had my entire household sick, and landed me in the ER. We ordered the pepperoni magnifico, I’m not sure if it was bad cheese, bad pepperoni, or old bad dough. We’ve ordered from this place many times in the last several the quality had deteriorated. After our recent food poisoning about, I will never eat here again and will be calling the health inspections office. What made it worse is neither the general manager, nor the district manager, had the audacity to call me back and inquire about my two ER visits.

FOOD POISON ALERT! We ordered Marcos pizza every week. It was our Saturday or Monday family meal for the past two years since we moved into the Castle Hills neighborhood on June 19. We ordered pepperoni magnifico pizza for the family and everyone experience, severe abdominal pain and food poisoning symptoms unfortunately for me, it landed me in the ER, twice what's worse about all of this is the general manager, nor the district manager had the decency to call me back to inquire about my family sickness and my ER visits and recovery.

Pretty much finally lost me as a customer last night. I've had lost orders and wrong orders. Last night's pizza was woefully short on anything but sauce and cheese. A Deluxe pizza should be that.
