McAlister's Deli

I placed an order through DoorDash. There was no chickens on the salad when it arrived. Very disappointing to say the least. Who forgets to add meat to a salad?

Amazing customer service. The food is served fresh and fast. The prices are reasonable. The location is nice and clean. It's located in a convenient area. I look forward to visiting this location again.

Ordered takeout so I didn't sit and take in the atmosphere. They were quite busy on a Sunday afternoon, but I received my order fairly quickly. I will definitely return.

I’m a frequent customer of McAlister’s and have never had this issue before. Today, when I placed an in-person order, I was told that kids’ meals do not include a drink, and I was not given a receipt. This has never been the case during my previous visits, and the online menu shows that a drink is included with a kids’ meal. When I asked an associate about it, I was told the drink would be an additional charge. Overall, the experience was confusing and inconsistent with what’s advertised and what I’ve experienced in the past.

Officially will not be coming back. As this place is this terrible in my opinion. Normally order the McAlister’s club which is just ok every time. This time I tried the black angus club and the meat was so fatty I couldn’t chew it or even break it apart. Never had such terrible sliced deli meat. On top of that the broccoli cheese soup was not even hot (I did have a takeout order but picked it up within 10 mins of ordering) and no crackers to be found even though the ticket on the bag says two saltine crackers.

Kasey is the best manager ever. Makes everything amazing. McAlister’s can we get this guy to the top? Every training should be led by Kasey on how to properly run a McAlister’s.

After the most horrific experience at this location, I met an amazing manager named Kasey at another location that told me was transferring over to the location I had consistent bad experiences. Ever since, my wife and I always come to this location for Kasey. Genuinely McAlister’s upper management need to base their whole trainings off of Kasey. The best manager , very professional, cares, and has charisma. Without Kasey, this location would be a 1 star (would be 0 but there’s 2 other employees that have been nice as well).

Nice small restaurant to enjoy sandwiches and soups. Has great Sweet Ice Tea. Easy to find from streets with free parking. Can order ahead online and earn points. Normally has promotions every 3 months. Nice for eating on the go. I enjoy their mac and cheese.

Here’s my “ultimate nachos” i ordered without black olives. They forgot the avocado AND the chili. What the hell is this. How can you get this wrong. The chili and nacho cheese are supposed to be in one mid sized container. They gave me a smaller container of just nacho cheese. It’s like they intentionally did this wrong.

They gave me basically ballpark nachos. When I called to ask what I can do, nobody answered.

This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this location. It’s just nachos and they forgot 2 of the 3 main ingredients. Incompetence.

Lola impressed us from the moment we entered the restaurant. She immediately noticed that the ground under our table was not clean, and she began to pick up the trash. She delivered our food was very pleasant and attentive. During our meal, she followed up to make sure we didn’t need anything else. The cream rises to the top and so will Lola.

This place just crossing the street from our church. Great place for lunch. The lady was so attentive and super kind her name is Lola.

Excellent food and service. Everyone was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this location. The manager, Casey, was friendly and out and about helping to serve an help customers.
