Not up to standard. Been a fan for years. This location misses the mark. Dirty inside, food was not good. My son’s club sandwich had a hair in it. My plate was actually dirty. The 75 and Plano Pkwy location gets it right. Pass on this location.

I ordered a spud max and when I got it the potato was burnt. The manager, Quentin, took it back and got me a new one, got and fresh. Great service and great food. Thank you too all staff tonight that took care of me. Thank you again Quentin for going above and beyond to insure that good food is served here.

It was the new Mccalisters on Hebron in Carrollton. Fresh, new, lots of sunlight and the staff was friendly and the food efficiently delivered. Oh yes, the food was as good as always.

New location, same old problems.

Unfortunately, while I gave this location a 5 star review in the past I was forced to delete it and do a new post to more accurately reflect their current food and service.

Namely, while McAlister's as a whole still has a menu that I very much enjoy, too often have I run into quality control issues such a wilted and nearly rotten vegetables in my salad, or poorly put together sandwiches.

This latest and possibly last straw for me is an order of their chicken salad sandwich delivered via Door dash which was handled properly by the delivery driver, but upon opening up the container, I saw a very poor and sad little scoop of chicken salad hidden within the crossaint shell.

Who in their reasonably right mind would think this is ok for a $12 sandwich? At best this is very bad quality control and laziness, and at worst I would argue this is fraudulent.

In any event, I felt this needed to be known by the public and I certainly won't be ordering delivery from this location anymore. That way, if something is wrong I can personally ask for it to be remade or refunded.

We love the new location (just down the road). This is such a great spot with a great manager and team. Dee L. I believe is the GM and I can tell she is a motivator.
For the first time, I ordered from the table. Really seamless experience except the app would not let me select fruit as my side. I meant to ask if they new why, but the place was packed with teachers getting ready for the school year. Regardless, our sandwiches were amazing as always. Love this place.

Love the pick up window but don’t love that they let people sit there for 20 minutes with a line with 8 cars behind them. This is a pick up window not an ordering window, if the food isn’t ready they need to come back through later or be parked. Should never ever everrrrr sit in your “pick up” window for longer than a few minutes
