Dear @McDonalds, what on earth is this?
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and what I got looks NOTHING like the photo.
I understand things don’t always look perfect, but this one is just unacceptable.
It’s sloppy, unappetizing, and completely different from what you advertise.
You really need to do better — this is not okay.
This is not a single cheeseburger!!

This is my normal location as it’s close proximity to my home and never have really had any significant issues but today the manager at this location gave me an attitude while ordering at the drive thru. I requested a coke for my meal and she stated they were out. I asked what other options were available as I did not see them on the menu. She didn’t respond until I asked a third time to which she said with an attitude “ohhh my gosh” while grunting and finally told me the options available (which could barely be understood with how quick she said them). I would not have asked three times had she responded to me the first time. As a manager you should know how to provide good customer service. I can’t imagine how she is with her employees! She should really consider finding another job if she’s not happy working here or be able to separate work from personal issues if that’s the reason behind her attitude.
