Has been my go to for breakfast for a long time... I only eat mcmuffins....not sure but for last few months the english muffins are awful. Must have changed suppliers, they are always stale. I tried another location..same thing. Please bring back good muffins soon before you lose me for good.

I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s due to the rude customer service. I stopped by this morning for breakfast, and when I got to the window, I couldn’t tell if the cashier was talking to me or speaking on her headset. I handed her my card, and when she gave me the receipt, I noticed I had been charged for the wrong order. I politely let her know, but instead of handling it professionally, she snapped, “This is why I asked you twice,” and shut the window in my face.

She then called the manager to fix the transaction, and he was very kind and helpful—but there was no reason for her to be so rude in the first place.

I have gone to this restaurant for years, and tonight I ordered on the app and paid for my food. Was looking forward to a treat. The app said the drive thru was open. All entrances were blocked for some kind of construction. I parked next door and walked to the locked door and was told they were temporarily closed. It is a 24 hour location. I was told at the door, “That they couldn’t shut off the app, and so sorry. No food.” But already paid for it. I think I probably lost the $7 and change to this restaurant and got no dinner. Thank you for not sharing with your loyal customers when you are starting renovations. Really appreciate being treated so well after years of patronage. I won’t be back. Beyond horrible. They couldn’t ( there were two employees there) try to make it right? Wow. They did not care at all. I was flabbergasted. And just went home since it was the cherry on top of a really bad day. Love it. I would skip this restaurant and head to another McD’s instead at least for the next few weeks since they are renovating.

Monday, February 2, around 3 in the afternoon, I arrived to buy a hamburger. I understand that they are busy and have a lot of orders. I also work in customer service. In front of me was an American man with a white shirt who had a face. He had few friends and he didn't even look at me. I spoke to him and he ignored me. A girl told me that a member would wait for her and I asked her for my hamburger. Then a boy approached the man and asked if he could give him a toy. The boy would give it to him. indicated with much tenderness eh innocence on repeated occasions and he totally ignored it, really, if he was the manager, what a lack of professionalism, he should set the example but when it comes to food, they are delicious experts, the only thing missing is attention

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I received. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, which were supposed to be without onions, without condiments, and with extra pickles. Unfortunately, both burgers contained onions and condiments, with a normal amount of pickles. Additionally, both burgers were cold and of poor quality.

This experience was highly disappointing, and I hope that future orders will meet the expected standards. I kindly request that you address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

All around good mcdonald's, the food was great! Not a huge fan of the smaller set up, but wasn't too crowded during my visit.
