Shift lead/ assistant manager/ not sure because she wouldn’t give me her name. The kiosk or drive thru is not always an option. I had a special order and asked her if someone could help me. She said use the kiosk. I said I would like to order at register as I have a special order. Her reply was well you can wait till i can get to you. That’s was her first mistake as she did it with an attitude. I waited. About 5 minutes and said can someone please help me. Again she said you can wait we don’t have any help right now. I got upset as any customer would. A billion dollar company should be properly staffed. Then I raised my voice and she said now you can leave I’m not serving you. Ok I said your name please are you the manager she said yes and I’m not giving you my name. I said excuse me! I then asked her for her Store Managers name and she refused. I that point she threatened me that she was calling the police. That was fine with me however my 9yr old was crying and that’s when and the only I left. Hispanic young female glasses blue shirt and hair pulled back with two braids. Corperate has been notified.

We came in to have breakfast. At the kiosk putting our order in the receipt printed blank. When we brought it to the attention of the manager. She snapped and said who cares we have your order. Definitely will not be back with managers having that kind of attitude towards the guests.

I bought 2 double cheeseburgers and fries. I asked them to add mayo. I swear the lazy people put mayo on the sides of burger where we can see it. I opened up both sides of burgers and no mayo there at all. That's terrible trying to cheat customers

Young kids working here (as most fast food these days). Very rude and unprofessional. I’ve actually left this one in the middle of an order because how one of these little kids spoke to me. Only came this time to give my 2 y/o something to do since it was raining. Play place was dirty too.
