HORRIBLE GM!!!!!!!! THE WORST IN TEXAS. CALLED THE POLICE BECAUSE MY SON ASKED FOR A REFUND!!!!!!!! MY SON IS A CUSTOMER THAT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVERYDAY AFTER PRACTICE AND BECAUSE HE ASKED FOR EXTRA SAUCE ON HIS SANDWICH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL GM LOPEZ REFUSED TO GIVE HIM A REFUND AND CALLED THE POLICE.

I was completely willing to pay for my order or fries at the window, but the manager rudely told me I had to drive around and get back in line( which was only 1 car)— even though that customer was still in the process of paying. It made no sense ! The manager’s attitude was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I expected better service, especially when I’m paying for my food like everyone else.

The food is still okay and the service has been good for me. My problem is that they have raised prices again to a point for me that makes the small amount of okay food not worth the price and convenience. A #9 combo went from $7.99 recently up to $9.49 this morning. That is almost a 19% increase.

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in over a decade. So, I went there cause felt hungry and they were near by. I had the Big Mac. Then I remember why I haven’t been to a McDonalds in a long time. That “special sauce” is nasty. I never liked it and never will. . Service is actually pretty good. And I like the kiosk. . Of course this is just my opinion. Some people may like the “special sauce “.

On many occasions I spend $25 and most of the time they are wrong. Today they made a mistake again, I came back with the food so they could give it to me correctly. The lady took the food from me and I told her if she was going to throw it away, better give it to me! He looked at me in a very arrogant way! The food wasn't for me since it had eggs and I'm allergic to it, but on the road I see homeless people asking for money or food! And that lady did throw away the food! It made me very angry! That's a lie, they have to count it or it's for inventory! But I won't go through there again!!! Do the math $25 every day is $125 a week, how much for the month and how much would it be for the year!!! And for that lady who threw away the food! I trust that she will never have to go hungry like many people in this country OF OPPORTUNITIES!

I don't like to give bad ratings. This was a really bad experience. It was a mess. I won't say it was filthy. It was a mess like a clean messy house. There was a homeless person sleep near the bathroom. There was a dirty sock on the floor. There was food on the tables, the majority of them. I can only assume I caught them on a really rough day.
