We were waiting for atleast 45 mins to an hour to having served half cooked pancakes and salty fries. Definitely did not appreciate the half ass approach and hospitality, never going back again.

Best fish I’ve ever eaten in Texas. Period. The service was amazing. Shoutout to the amazing Meghan. She recommended me the fried Catfish and I’m so glad she did. 10/10. Also the side dish I ordered were mashed potato and Cabbage. Amazing 🔥 And the tartar sauce 🤤

Great little hole-in-the-wall diner. Super friendly staff. Basic - but clean - interior. Good breakfast food. These folks know how to poach an egg properly (a rarity in TX). Shout out to my server Stella, who gave warm & friendly service!

DOOR DASH ORDER RUINED BY STORE & DRIVER. ORDERED WHAT LOOKED LIKE A PANCAKE W/CHOCOLATE SYRUP & FLAVOR WAS BANANA PUDDING. WHAT WE RECEIVED LATE WAS SPILLED INSTANT BANANA PUDDING, DUE TO WRONG CONTAINER FOR A LIQUID LIKE ITED. AND PATTY MELT MEAL WAS SWEATY AND LUKE WARM PATTY MELT IS JUST GREASY & TANGY. *ASKED FOR SWISS CHEESE & THERE IS NONE OR THEIR USING FAKE SWISS LIKE A KRAFT SINGLE. I'M NO CHILD, I WANT REAL SWISS CHEESE ALMOST 2 HOURS LATW DUE TO POOR COMMUNICATION.
Loved how welcoming the staff was. Everyone was friendly. It’s rare to walk in a place and be greeted. We appreciated that a lot. Coffee always stayed hot and full. Food was flavorful. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. We ended up staying longer just to chat and drink our coffee. We will definitely be back for more.

Sometimes drop by during the mornings to get pancakes. I tune out the backed up sewage smell. The service is slow but the servers are nice.
Today however, I was super disturbed when I was served water with a roach floating inside. Server was pretty indifferent, does this happen a lot? There wasn't an effort to make me comfortable aswell so I felt paranoid through the whole meal. Not coming back.

I'm a new customer, looking for a different experience. I ordered the catfish dinner with mashed potatoes w/gravy, collard greens, cornbread, and a side of blackeyed peas. They were offering BOGO free, which was perfect for my son and I. The order was received promptly, it was accurate and still warm.
The catfish and cornbread was a winner! All of the portions small, so if you're a big eater, you might consider getting a side of fish. 🙂 Unfortunately, the sides missed the mark. For starters, they all lacked seasoning. The mashed potatoes had the taste and consistency of instant vs. fresh. The greens and peas were undercooked, which was disappointing. 😕
When I consider the overall cost, Uber fees and the tip, I think I'll call in an order to go from elsewhere. There are local restaurants with better sides and I usually don't mind the drive.
