Place is preety loud. If you want to have a conversation with your friends, this may not be a good fit.
Food was mediocre at best. There was nothing we really liked that we had to order it again.
We had a party of 6. They added automatic 20% tip on our tab and then was another colum to add extra gratuity. The 2nd gratuity was calculated on total food, 1st gratuity and taxes. I find this rather unusual.
Service wasn't the best. We waited for a while to be seated. And there is no waiting spot. So we basilly stood there for over 5 mins before we asked to be seated.

This Korean BBQ restaurant located in Carrollton, a short drive from the PGBT tollway is a unique experience that is worth trying. This particular location stand or if you like ramen noodles as they have a noodle station. Keep in mind it does cost extra. On the menu, they have to m try different sides, one with supposedly premium cuts if may and the other is regular. The price difference between the two is $10. The service was rather slow and hard to get ahold of staff as it seemed as they were limited. It does include a unique robot that brings your cuts of meat out to you. Rather is a birthday or anniversary dinner, a date, it just want a casual dining experience, it's still a place to go to. The atmosphere is good and you'll have the K-POP playing in the background on multiple screens.

This was a First experience! Staff is VERY helpful and most polite. The food is delicious and the experience is a must for entertaining. A hands-on experience with food, not simply watching a chef or cook prepare food.

I have been here about 5 times now. When first came, the quality of the meat and service was pretty good. Meat in the pineapple was tasty. However, when I went yesterday, the quality of the meat was lower. I was not a fan of half the things I ate. Quality of meat has worsened. The service was slow and the table was covered in grease when I sat down. The floors also have a grease on them as oil drips off the grills when they get switched out. I can tell they don’t clean the floors often as I almost slipped. My friend also had grease spilled on his clothes when grills were being swapped, without an apology. I may start trying other places. This one needs some fixing.

I hate to be that person and leave a bad review but this has been one of the worse experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. We had came on a Saturday night to celebrate our friends birthday and we understand it was a it was a busy night but we were literally neglected the entire night by our server. Obviously we know that if we wanted assistance we ring the button, which we did multiple times but not once did she ever come to check on us. We were there for almost an hour just for someone to take our first round order. When we finished our first round, the same exact thing happened again. Once the server FINALLY came to our table we asked for a manager which never came. They gave us ice cream to “make up for it”. It’s supposed to be all you can eat and we didn’t even have that.

Extremely disappointed. Not exaggerating when I say I had to wait 10+ minutes to be greeted after sitting down. I understand the server being busy but there is also many other FOH staff working. Literally made eye contact with one of the workers and got ignored when it was literally a distance of 5 meters. I work in the service industry and I try to be understanding, but this is something else. Never coming back

Unlike most other KBBQ place, this one has some really authentic items that’s worth noting

Best service ever crystal and trung

One of the best AYCE experiences I've had! Great service, great variety of banchan and meat options, and the ramen bar is an awesome concept I wish existed where I live. Will absolutely be back next time I'm in the DFW area!

Oh wow, what a _delightful_ evening we had at this BBQ joint. From the moment we sat down, it was like they were trying to set a new record for how many times an order could be botched in one meal. Rice? Dumplings? Who needs those before you’re finished eating, right? Perfect timing!

And the service? Top notch—if your idea of good service is playing hide and seek with your server all night. No one checked on us, but hey, it really builds character when you have to hunt someone down just to get some soy sauce.

Now, let’s talk ambience. Ever wanted to yell across the table like you’re at a rock concert just to say “pass the sauce”? Dreams do come true! The music was blasting so loud, I’m pretty sure that’s why our server had no clue what we ordered. Who needs communication when you’ve got vibes?

On the plus side, the place does look cool. Very Instagrammable. And the robots? Yeah, they were neat. Almost makes up for the food showing up after our appetite left. Almost.
