I’ve been to this spot before a few times, last year on my birthday as well. I went this year on my birthday and made sure to call a day ahead for a reservation for 12. That, was the worst service I’ve ever had in an establishment in my life. Our waitress was rude and short with us, we would constantly have to remind them for our order to get it to the table and towards the end they started to ignore us completely unless we tagged them down. We would start to order our next three meats but before we could even finish talking they would just walk away. They rarely took plates away or didn’t switch out our grills, kept turning our grills off when we would tell them that the grill was burning. Some people in my group didn’t have rice or water for half of the meal. I understand that it was busy, but my last straw was when the waitress took plates away and got raw meat juice all over my pants and phone and didn’t apologize until my friend called her out (after like 10 minutes of us trying to tag her down). Her “apology” was very monotone and she didn’t really seem to care. At that point I just wanted to leave, and this experience completely ruined my birthday. When getting the bill we noticed that the bill was higher than we thought. We took a closer look at the receipt and saw that they had added gratuity. Most places that take parties of more than 6 add gratuity, this isn’t new, but this information was not provided anywhere on the menu or informed to us, and with the kind of service we experienced, we didn’t want to tip at all. (we did anyways because it was included in our bill) I ended up taking my cake to cut somewhere else since the atmosphere was so loud and they made us feel like we weren’t welcome. Not just our waitress, but most of the staff seemed like they did not want to work at all and was constantly either ignoring us or interrupting us. I’m not sure if there was a change in management but this place is not worth it anymore. I will not be coming back or recommending them, and will be steering others away. I’ve never been treated so poorly at an establishment to a point of tears, please go somewhere else!
Overpriced. Spent too much for food that was okay. Had to ask for sides instead of having them brought out as in other KBBQ establishments. Service was slow and the person taking care of us seemed bothered to have to take our orders.

Was refused seating coming in as one person for dinner. They said there is a two person minimum or I would have to pay double as an individual person. This is a terrible policy and I have never experienced this at any other restaurant in my life.

We went for the $19 dinner option which only came with chicken and pork, as well as fried chicken and some sides. The food came out really quickly and the service was good. Considering fried chicken can cost over $12 per portion and it's AYCE even for the lowest price plan. The sides were amazing, the kimchi is probably the best one out there for restaurants. However, here is some advice for the owner for improvement.
1. The popcorn chicken seems to be a little dry, but the chicken wing was perfectly cooked.
2. If customers order chicken wings, providing gloves will be appreciated.
3. Pork neck has too much fat, consider giving the part that has more meat instead.

We were seated, ordered a round of drinks, appetizers and meats… we partially received our food and drinks. 45 min went by after we were seated and we were still waiting on some drinks, entres and 1 appetizer. Call buttons go ignored and honestly feels like a way to get you in and out in the 2 hour limit by doing the least work. ***UPDATE**** We were served 2 more plates of meat before we ordered our check & surprisingly our check was the fastest service we received of the night

I have been to this restaurant for 3 times. The first and second time were great. The kimchi soup was phenomenal and tasty. The atmosphere was fun. The severs were attentive. The third time we went (shortly after about 3 weeks) the menu was changed with more appetizers to choose from which was great. The banchan was alright, but kimchi was very sour. However they limit the LA short rib and beef tongue to 1/2 lbs per person (for the $30 menu). I haven’t been to any all you can eat restaurants that limit how much customers can eat. I will probably think about where to go next time for Korean BBQ all you can eat as there are many options in the area.

Had a great experience at this spot—very traditional KBBQ! The food was excellent, and the grills worked perfectly, staying consistently hot, which made cooking super easy. However, the service was a bit chaotic. Pressed the call button a few times but still had to wave down a waiter to get attention. Despite that, I’ll definitely be coming back. The overall experience and quality of the food make it worth!

Their KBBQ selections were great, and the plating was visually appealing for the meats. Plenty of tables and the service was a bit slow for our big table. There was a variety of beef and chicken skewers available which was great

The atmosphere is fun. However, short ribs are limit to 1/2lb per person. Unless you upgraded from $30 to $40 ayce. The meat have too much fat. First and last.

Pretty good place, waiters can get your orders wrong quite often though. Also they put a limit on beef tongue which is one of the main things that kept Moodaepo above competitors. I will possibly go to other competitors now that they have lost this advantage. The seating packs you together like sardines.
Otherwise, the food is pretty good. If they didnt put a limit on beef tongue though my rating would go right back up.

Went on a Tuesday evening as a party of 3, service started out good then rapidly declined. We hit the call button 5 times and no one came. Our portions were very small and fatty, the "scored" pork belly just had random knife slices. No one ever refilled our water, but the 2 groups of men on both sides were attended to regularly. Halfway through our waiter just stopped coming, last time we saw him was when he was towards the back laughing and talking V with another coworker for a good 5 mins before disappearing. There was only 1 other server, but I guess he didn't care about the tables he took over as no one ever came to check on us. Decided to try the new Cajun dish (beef or pork, I don't recall) it was actually disgusting, not Cajun flavored at all. Kbbq service in Carrollton has not been good for me, I do notice a difference between service for Asians and non Asians. Not a fan & wont be back
