Amazing meat the meat always had very good taste and they always come and change our cooking ware frequently i recommend and my girlfriend loved the all you can eat ramen bar

Dined there Dec 29th, food was mediocre at best and the brisket in the beginning and toward the end was so fat that I guess it can topped out wagyu and indicate it is literally 70% fat and very good at filling your stomach and get you out of the restaurant, what’s awful about them is the service, hostess doesn’t know what she was doing, seating a 10 people part takes 10mins in front of us? Can’t find our reservation after we booked on resy and confirmed on the phone 1 hour prior before we got there, not much service going on and we have to intercept the waiter to serve us, in the end, we have 3 adults and 1 kid, they automatically charged 18% after tax on our bill, and without putting a sign indicating how many people and up will incur automatic tips, plus they didn’t inform you when handing your check, so possibly another bait for double tips!! BEWARE!!

Excellent foods & service. Be aware that good restaurants are crowded so u should start early. Love their pork belly, short ribs & teriyaki chicken. Will go there again. The only shortcoming is a little dark.

We went between Christmas and new years. I think they under estimated how busy they would be. They were very understaffed. We had a reservation and waited almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. The service was slow to start but got better as our visit went on. The food was great. I will try them again.

We made a reservation for New Year’s Eve on Resy. They just sent us an email that our reservation is cancelled ONE HOUR before we are supposed to be there. Didn’t even contact us or give us a reason. I just called and they said they don’t take reservations. We made a reservation. On Resy.
It’s New Year’s Eve!! They didn’t even tell us they would hold a table for us. Really bad business practice. Go to Gyu Kaku instead!! (It’s delicious)
Consistent and great quality. Table and seating cleanliness can be somewhat improved along with service in the sectioned off conjoined table area, however it is our go to for an enjoyable and satiating dinner.

First time going, it was awesome! Definitely a place to go for the experience and for the food. No sticky tables, they thoroughly scrub them down once you leave. You get to make your own ramen, which was cool. Our first waiter didn't really care to wait on us, or explain how everything works, but the second waiter that waited on us was amazing! He was such a great, easy going guy, very helpful and just cheery. Will definitely be going back!

I’ve been here multiple times the past couple of years and it’s always been consistently good but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our server Jack (tattooed sleeve & manbun) was completely oblivious to us and it’s pretty ridiculous how bad the service was by him. We sat with a burning smoking grill for 15min waiting for a grill change and also sat 15min before our waiter told us to “wait” and we eventually had to flag a different waiter. We had to wait so long between food and the attitude of our waiter was horrible. He rudely motioned with his fingers for us to grab most of the stuff FOR him throughout the meal. At this point we should be the servers for how much we had to do ourselves. Also the ssamjang was super watered down??? Not sure if it’s to cut costs, but it was not great. Overall, we all felt so disrespected by our server and we will never come back.
