Mozart Bakery & Cafe

There are a ton of pastries available and easily accessible upon entering the bakery. They also have more pastries behind the glass. I am excited to try my almond croissant. It feels so soft. Unfortunately, they were out of the shaved ice with red beans so we weren’t able to try that. I did get a salted caramel latte (only regular milk is available!) and it came out not too sweet or too hot. There is a ton of seating and really nice live-wood tables throughout.

Bad service! We were there on Sunday and there were two ladies/girls that was waiting at the counter both are not polite or welcoming. We ordered iced Cafe mocha and iced milk tea. The Cafe mocha was okay (mediocre) but the milk tea was extremely sweet. So, I went to the counter and told them the tea is too sweet and I could not drink. One of the cashier wants to charge me $0.54 to add milk to bring down the sweetness. I do not want extra milk, so I asked if this tea is a premix and she said yes and there is nothing she could/would do to make it less sweet other than add milk. She is very intimidating and she told me "I can give you from free if you want a regular tea" which is Tazo tea, either earl gray or English tea. Since I DON'T have a choice after paying $15+ for 2 drinks I opted for the earl Grey. It was the most horrible experience and we will not return to this Cafe! Terrible service.

BEWARE! Upon my 7 year old drinking the strawberry yogurt drink, he tells me something poked him in the mouth - A PIECE OF SHARP PLASTIC was grabbed out of his mouth. Thankfully he didn’t swallow it. I then asked for a manager only to be told the manager and owner were not present (unacceptable). They then proceeded to call the manager whose only solution was an “I’m sorry.” After leaving and telling them “I’m sorry” won’t cut it, I will be taking my son to the ER, posting a review and contacting the health department, the owner showed up. I was told that they had trouble with the plastic coming off the lids and they were waiting for new cups - if that’s the case DO NOT USE THOSE CUPS especially if this has happened before. DO NOT GET A DRINK FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Delicious bread, a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and service from the staff that makes you forget all about it. The employees are all gathered behind the register, chatting away, while customers awkwardly wait to be checked out. After using a card, it's unclear if the transaction is complete, if you're supposed to get a receipt, or what to do next, as the employee suddenly disappears back into their conversation. It's truly a baffling store. I wonder what the owner is thinking.

PROs: Appears to be a wide variety of pastries. Tasty pastries. Reminds me of 85 bakery but this place is a nicer atmosphere. Indoor seatings. Clean or orderly establishment. Service was not gushing of kindness but she was nice.
CONs: Unappealing store front.

We visited later in the day therefore it was slim pickings. Nonetheless, the pastries we purchased were great.

The staff is not very friendly but I think that's cultural so I let it go. I come for the bakery food anyway which is delicious. I've purchased 2 cakes which were readily available when I needed them. The chiffon cakes are light and whipped cream frosting is so light you can eat without feeling heavy or guilty.it is now my go-to for bday cakes. Croissants are amazing and all the other foods too.

Parking: Parking is in a very busy shopping center. Lots of Korean restaurants that are mostly always busy. I seem to find a spot close to the cafe.

This is a bakery I often visit because I miss Korean bread.Looking at the reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who thinks the cashiers' customer service is disappointing.Customers feel that the cashiers' tone of voice, facial expressions, and attitude are rude. I hope you pay attention to employee training.

I bought a lot of bread and toast. When I almost finished a bag of toast, I found a black thing like rat droppings in one of the toasts. I felt sick and regretted buying a lot of bread from this store.

Whenever I stop by there are always people studying, reading, drinking coffee and talking with friends. Although, I rarely sit down these days, it seems like a nice place to relax and get some work done. There are many pastries I have yet to try, but the few I have tried I like. If you like pastries and want a place to drink coffee and study I recommend check it out at least one time and decide for yourself.

I bought 2 Mousse cakes. The plastic were tooooooo hard to take them out. Even the cashier was informed about that. The cashier said the cake should be eaten only from top without taking the plastic off. This does not make any since ?. I love this placeCashier attitude was not professional at all
