I am a regular customer who typically orders 2 soup dumplings and 2 shrimp shumai. Today, I decided to only order one shrimp shumai since I had ordered other items from another restaurant. The lady who I am assuming is the owner was very dismissive when handing me my receipt and when I returned to ask for another pair of chopsticks. She seems to favor certain customers depending on how much they order as I witnessed her interaction with others before me. I am disappointed to say that this will be the last time that I will ever eat at Mr. Dumpling due to her unprofessionalism and negative attitude. I find it to be very unfortunate because this used to be my favorite place to eat with my family. Perhaps she can smile every once in a while and treat every paying customer fairly to grow her business.

People go there for the food, the dumplings are so good it supersedes any “attitude” y’all may be referring too. Loyal customer here, y’all work everyday all day and see if your jolly 24/7. Soup dumplings 🥟 are my favorite and the king dumplings with tofu 🤤 and all the staff is awesome.

We been going here for yrs it is a staple super super good we door dash it ALOT, if you have never have steamed pan dumplings dont come here because those are my favorite and the deep fried chicken and pork. It is soooooooo good. The soy sauce is made fresh so it is 🔥🔥🔥 spicy and regular.

I don't know who serviced all the people that left bad reviews, but my experience regarding both service and food was splendid. An auntie took our order without a hitch and the establishment provided free warm tea while we waited for our food, which was rather pleasant. The dumplings themselves were also all perfectly cooked: soup dumplings had a wonderfully seasoned filling and were full of rich broth, fried dumplings were crispy and exhibited the same tasty filling, and pan fried dumplings were both chewy and crispy. Awesome spot for lunch, would absolutely swing by again if given the opportunity. Overall, I implore you to give this place a shot! If their service is as bad as others allege, at least their dumplings will be delicious.

The food is actually good. However the older women there is rude and pushy. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and she saw a group of 4 and said is that all your gonna order. Made a face and told the staff that we are out of dumplings. We walked away and they laughed. Here is a picture of the older woman.
Wow. If you’re ever in the mood to spend your money and be treated like a nuisance, this is definitely the place for you. The food? Meh. totally average, nothing memorable. But the real experience starts when you deal with the owner, who clearly believes customer service is optional. Unless you’re placing a massive order, don’t expect anything close to decent treatment. I ordered one serving, and you’d think I had insulted her entire family. She was rude, dismissive, and made it obvious I wasn’t worth her time. Maybe if you order enough food to feed a small army, she’ll grace you with a fake smile. Otherwise? Good luck. Never coming back. there are plenty of places with better food and people who actually want your business.

I am not one to ever leave a bad review but I felt like I had to say this. We've come here a few times for dumplings and typically receive bad customer service from the older lady at the front. We usually let it slide knowing theres often a lot of customers so they may just be in a rush. However, today we ordered one order soup dumplings to go and she asked us a few times if we wanted to get something else on top of that. We politely declined and said no...and not knowing we would understand what she was saying, she dissed to her coworker in Korean in front of our faces about how we only got one order of dumplings and didn't want anything else. On top of that when we came back to grab our to go order, they pointed to a table in the food court where they put our togo order (which was out in the open for anyone to come by and grab if they wanted to), we were confused because we thought the to go order would atleast be behind the counter but we were hungry so we just got the food and left. Come to find out on top of everything else, the order was completely wrong. There was no other to go orders placed on that table, it was the only one. So in the end, they didn't even get the order right...on top of everything else. Mid dumplings, terrible service, do not recommend unless you're hungry.

I’m not surprised about the bad reviews recently. The owner lady is rude as hell. We’ve been coming to that place for about 3 years because we like their soup dumplings, and she never had problem giving us 2 sauces and free tea. All of a sudden she became so aggressive and intimidating. She would rush me getting my order when I asked if we can have one spicy one regular sauce she said “NO. ONLY ONE SAUCE” jeez fine, but what’s with the attitude? As I was waiting for my order, I saw a couple that had a free tea, so I went ahead and asked for one and the worker said we don’t give out tea today. But when I asked the couple ( i assumed maybe the paid for the drink) they said the tea was given them for free So WTH😂 I gave it 2 stars because the food is good but service is horrible
