I don't know who serviced all the people that left bad reviews, but my experience regarding both service and food was splendid. An auntie took our order without a hitch and the establishment provided free warm tea while we waited for our food, which was rather pleasant. The dumplings themselves were also all perfectly cooked: soup dumplings had a wonderfully seasoned filling and were full of rich broth, fried dumplings were crispy and exhibited the same tasty filling, and pan fried dumplings were both chewy and crispy. Awesome spot for lunch, would absolutely swing by again if given the opportunity. Overall, I implore you to give this place a shot! If their service is as bad as others allege, at least their dumplings will be delicious.

Horrible tasting food (think it's frozen dumplings) owner and her son are Rude, Belligerent and wont give you chop sticks or napkins. Why does H-Mart even allow them to rent space here! A better food option would be better if we got Mr. Dumpling out of this space!

Tasted like frozen dumplings. She was so rude. Didnāt let my brother have chopsticks or his own sauce even though we ordered 2 things. Donāt waste your time at this stall in the Hmart food court. The other places donāt bite your head off when you ask them a simple question.

The food is actually good. However the older women there is rude and pushy. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and she saw a group of 4 and said is that all your gonna order. Made a face and told the staff that we are out of dumplings. We walked away and they laughed. Here is a picture of the older woman.

Wow. If youāre ever in the mood to spend your money and be treated like a nuisance, this is definitely the place for you. The food? Meh. totally average, nothing memorable. But the real experience starts when you deal with the owner, who clearly believes customer service is optional. Unless youāre placing a massive order, donāt expect anything close to decent treatment. I ordered one serving, and youād think I had insulted her entire family. She was rude, dismissive, and made it obvious I wasnāt worth her time. Maybe if you order enough food to feed a small army, sheāll grace you with a fake smile. Otherwise? Good luck. Never coming back. there are plenty of places with better food and people who actually want your business.

I am not one to ever leave a bad review but I felt like I had to say this. We've come here a few times for dumplings and typically receive bad customer service from the older lady at the front. We usually let it slide knowing theres often a lot of customers so they may just be in a rush. However, today we ordered one order soup dumplings to go and she asked us a few times if we wanted to get something else on top of that. We politely declined and said no...and not knowing we would understand what she was saying, she dissed to her coworker in Korean in front of our faces about how we only got one order of dumplings and didn't want anything else. On top of that when we came back to grab our to go order, they pointed to a table in the food court where they put our togo order (which was out in the open for anyone to come by and grab if they wanted to), we were confused because we thought the to go order would atleast be behind the counter but we were hungry so we just got the food and left. Come to find out on top of everything else, the order was completely wrong. There was no other to go orders placed on that table, it was the only one. So in the end, they didn't even get the order right...on top of everything else. Mid dumplings, terrible service, do not recommend unless you're hungry.

i loveee the food so much!! customer service, no. the lady owner is sweet but her workers are SUPER RUDE AND HAS AN UGLY ATTITUDE. i always go back because of the sweet lady. but how she handled the situation, and how her workers acted. iām NEVER going back. goodluck!

Weāve been coming to that place for about 3 years because we like their soup dumplings, and she never had problem giving us 2 sauces and free tea. All of a sudden she became so aggressive and intimidating. She would rush me getting my order when I asked if we can have one spicy one regular sauce she said āNO. ONLY ONE SAUCEā jeez fine, but whatās with the attitude? As I was waiting for my order, I saw a couple that had a free tea, so I went ahead and asked for one and the worker said we donāt give out tea today. But when I asked the couple ( i assumed maybe the paid for the drink) they said the tea was given them for free So WTHš I gave it 2 stars because the food is good but service is horrible

Incredibly rude lady that seems to be the owner works here. Have never been treated badly at hmart. Weāve bought multiple times from here and will no longer be giving her business. If you donāt like working in customer service, hire other people to work for you.

Even as I was walking up , the old lady getting peopleās orders was so impatient, and had a rude tone. Anyways it was our first time there and we werenāt sure how many pieces of dumplings we could order. When we asked if it could be 2 and 2 different dumplings we were told we couldnāt do that. So then we discussed which we would rather have , at this point the workers were annoyed. And we told them what we wanted they said āno sold outā even though we knew it wasnāt true, since they were going to sell us a basket of one of each at first. Anyways terrible customer service and we talked to some people there and they said the dumplings werenāt even worth it. Someone else from the back come a little later and asked if we still wanted them. We kindly declined because if they could be that rude what else could they do? Disappointing.

If youāre Hispanic and only planning to order one thing, donāt even bother going here. The old lady at the counter is rude as hell. I ordered just one item, and she immediately told me it would be to-go only and that I couldnāt eat there ā no explanation, no kindness, just attitude. I figured maybe they were closing soon, so I let it go.
But then the next customer ā who wasnāt Hispanic ā ordered after me, and she suddenly became all sweet, told them to sit and even brought their food to the table. So apparently, the rules change based on who you are and how much you order.
To top it off, she didnāt even pack my food to go like she decided at the beginning . Instead, she slapped it on a plate and told me to ācome get itā with the nastiest attitude. I reminded her that she told me it was to-go, and she just rolled her eyes and walked off. No apology, no fix ā nothing.
I ended up carrying my own food to a table like an idiot. It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable and insulting dining experiences Iāve ever had. Never going back.
