The food was below average and the place had a noticeable odor coming from the restroom. Be sure to review your bill carefully before paying—they listed an incorrect number of guests to raise the tip amount and automatically added an 18% gratuity.

It was not what I expected it passed beyond my expectations the food was beyond awesome really really good… my beautiful wife ordered the RAMEN +RIBS and I ordered the PORK BULGOGI highly recommend

Musiro is our go-to place for Korean fare in Carrollton's Koreantown. Their service is predictable, friendly and efficient. Their food is good Korean food. When three of us go, one of us will order the special mixed rice for only 9.99, and the others will order soft tofu and beef and something else. The total bill for there including tax would be around $40. We're usually satisfied.

It's rare that I have a bad customer experience but once in a while it happens. Unfortunately, Musiro was that experience. One of the waitresses served me and my family of three and we ordered a decent amount: ribs, steamed dumplings, rice, tea. Throughout the ordering process, she quickly collected our menus and left without a word. She didn't even ask whether we wanted vegetable or meat dumplings.
Even if from a profit perspective, which our table alone was nearly $50 worth, I'd hardly understand why we were given such a cold shoulder.
The waitress never spoke to us as if we had offended her in some form. She served us quite hastily and after a while, someone else had replaced her who was equally just as quiet and reserved from us. Contrarily, these two same waitresses were very verbal and open with another table adjacent to us.
Quite frankly, this poor customer service ruined the experience as a whole. You can't really appreciate the taste of the food if you've just been given the customer service version of a scowl.
I left a tip out of principle but we will not be returning.

To be candid, this was a happy accident. My friends and I were just looking for a Korean restaurant and found this place after a few other options didn't pan out. We were seated promptly and really liked the atmosphere (a secluded table, background music that wasn't overwhelming, and a button for service if we needed it). We ordered a combo special for ramen and ribs as well as a green onion pancake with seafood. Our order, plus side dishes, was tasty and fulfilling. Price-wise, it wasn't too costly for a place that serves Korean bbq. Next time I am in the area, this place will definitely be a top contender, not an afterthought.

short hair lady forced us to tip when she did not talk to us she asked us what she wanted and left, took her ten minutes to give us our food and she did not say a single word she just set everything down, and left. Didn’t check up on his and never refilled our waters. She did nothing and then we gave her $0 tip because she had terrible service and attitude so when we paid she looked over our shoulder to see how much we tipped her and we did 0 because she was rude , she stopped us and wouldn’t let us leave til we tipped her at least $5
Don't come here! I will not be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to you either. Now, I've had rude customer service in the past, yet this one was so bad. She was so disrespectful.
She had very short black hair, asian ethnicity, waitress.
All of you need to be paying attention to whom you hire to represent your company, because this can go very badly, especially since I'm not the only one who has had this experience. So, to the manager, the supervisor, and the owner, she was disrespectful and not fit to be a waitress.
Owner, please read! With all truth, I had the worst experience in any restaurant I've ever had. The waitress tried to forcefully make me pay a tip. The tip is purely and always optional. They can't legally force you to pay a tip. She had the worst interaction with me. She stuck her tongue out like a five-year-old and touched my arm to try to make me sign where the tip was on the receipt. Likewise, she has very short hair, short, crooked teeth, and I asked a woman who entered the restaurant if the tip was optional, and she agreed, but she gossiped something to the short-haired woman in front of me. I don't speak the language, but facial expressions do tell. She was very rude.
So, so disappointed, literally. I pray the owner sees this, because seriously, the service was awful and the worst I've ever had.
Our bill is $49.77 and i gave them $5.23 tip (10%) cause they did not do too much for us. Why the short hair lady tried to stop us to asking for more tip and said at least 18%. I did not aware that tip in America now is 18% at least. Tip is depends on customer and how you serve customer. If you did not do a good job then dont ask for too much. I will NEVER come back this place. RUDE employee and bad environment
