I went for first time last week, the service is great and the playground for children is awesome. I gave food 3 stars because my husband ordered a shrimp cocktail that cost $18 and it had minimal serving of shrimp. I would expect a bigger portion of shrimp for that price. Other than that the food is ok, Idk if I will go back to be honest. Maybe just for chips and salsa (which were good along with black beans) - I paid $80 for 2 people that is with $10 tip

Food is decent....the queso was tasteless but I added some salsa to it and then it was delicious. Everytime I go there which is about once a month their menu pricing goes up a couple of dollars. Wasn't the cost of everything supposed to immediately go down a according to the government?

Brandi at Nico’s Cocina went above and beyond for my family! We came in about an hour before closing, and instead of making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience, she welcomed us with a smile and gave us some of the best customer service we’ve ever had. We had two families- 4 young children who had been stuck in the car for 5 hours already. Although it was cold- they were excited to play outside on the covered playground.
She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s rare to find someone who treats guests with that level of care—especially so close to closing time.
Because of Brandi, our experience at Nico’s Cocina was outstanding. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for her! Highly recommend!

This place is perfect for those with small children. The food is good enough and the drinks are pretty okay. But the kids play area is what you really come for!! A ways for you to relax eat and drink and talk with friends or your partner and let your kids free play while being able to keep an eye on them right from your table!

Ordered a Taco Salad and it was awful. The lettuce was not green or need I mention was not fresh. I had to pick thru to eat other things in the salad. I took out the large pieces of yellow pieces of lettuce just to have other things in the salad to eat. The friend sitting next to me was experiencing the same with his salad. I didn't say anything while with a group of friends. I paid $20 for a 1/4 of a meal that I could eat. To add to the sad (really no salad) the tip is automatically added in to my not acceptable salad. I'm not opposed to the add on tip, but I am to an unacceptable meal.
