I went today for the first time, excited about the concept of having kids play while we ate. Unfortunately our service was beyond terrible. I walked in and said yes to a menu but a manager kept hounding to do the buffet so ultimately I caved. When we sat down no one acknowledged us for at least 10 minutes. Kids had played already and were hungry so we went inside for the buffet. Still after we sat down no one came to ask about drinks or if we needed anything. There were plenty of waiters around checking other tables but still no one helped. Ultimately I asked the host who happened to walk by, she said she didn't know who would help but would check. At this point its been over 20 mins, another 5 minutes go by until someone comes by to get us water. I didn't even get a plate but the kids food was mediocre for the experience.

Food is great but service is a little slow. We went for the outdoor playground for our son so we sat outside. Service inside may be quicker. Not sure if it’s just hot outside and the servers do not want to go outside but we waited for some time for servers to stop by for food/drink order. We’ve gone twice and had same experience.

Excellent food and service! The lunch specials were very affordable and you get a lot of food for the money. BEST PART is the kids' play area on the back patio. As a person with a small child, this is an incredible feature. The fans and shade help the patio stay cool on hot days.
Gilberto was our waiter he is very friendly and professional, my companion was not in a friendly mood but Gilberto overcame that and did his best to provide an excellent experience! We ordered Queso Flameado with corn tortillas and Patron Plate, my favorite part were the Taco Al Carbon on the plate and a frozen strawberry margarita with tajin in the ring, delicious! 😋
