I usually come here every weekend with no issue but I came today for cinco de Mayo and had a horrible experience. I made sure I planned ahead for everything. Even had a reservation. After I was seated, I sat at my table for an hour watching people be served around me. It wouldn't have bothered me if I didn't see people come in AFTER me and get served and waited on for 45 minutes straight. I was looked dead in my eye by multiple waiters and no one offered so much as a WATER. Thank god I brought my insulated cups of water but we soon ran out of those too. The person I came with waited so long that they had to go to the street taco place next door to get a mangonada. It really hit home when I watched my son cry out of starvation from seeing kids come in after us get exactly what he had been asking for / waiting on for over an hour. I originally wasn't going to make a review but watching my son suffer changed my mind. It was a very upsetting experience. When I finally did bring it to someone's attention I didn't so much as even get an apology.

First and last time here. The food was horrible. Our waiter was a friendly guy but rarely checked on us. Playground was cute but it was absolute chaos. Kids running wild and jumping over equipment.

The food. The salsa. All premium! Do yourself a favor and order the large house Marg or you might risk the wrath of your brother in law when you try to use his large as a refill.

The service and atmosphere is excepcional, however the food is horrible. I order a plate of Carnitas, my whole plate was drenched in grease. I’m Mexican I know that it’s not supposed to be smothered in grease I would not recommend this place it’s to expensive for how poor the food quality is I would recommend “Los Lupes” instead it is literally down the street and there food is 10x better and more economic

Best tex mex in the area. I love their carne asada. The marinade and seasoning they put on it is amazing. Margaritas are also good at a fair price. They also have a great outdoor area with a nice playground. Makes it great for people with kids.Kid-friendliness: Very nice, covered outdoor play area.

I loved that it has a playground for my kiddos to play in while me and hubby have a drink to decompress and chat, food was good and so were the drinks. We especially loved the shade and coverings above the tables and playground area

Great place to enjoy while the kids play. Delicious food. Strong drinks. I just wish they had a changing table in the restroom!

We went for the playground and sadly didn't get a seat outside. Then we got sat in the back room because it was understandably busy and the ambience there was lackluster. BUT that said, the service and the food were FANTASTIC. Quick, attentive service, delicious food. Everything was so flavorful and seasoned perfectly and was not drowned in cheese as my mother took note of.We ordered the ceviche (YUM!!!!!!), birria tacos (DOUBLE YUM!!!!), tamales (delicious masa, plenty meat and delicious sauce), Enchiladas (my husband enjoyed them, but i didn't get a taste myself) and my baby loved his kids Enchilada plate which also looked delicious!Excited to go again and hopefully get a seat outside to experience the playground dining experience. The kids out there were having a good time but that day in particular a kid was hitting other kids so maybe it was a good day not to sit outside. Until next time!

There are few places that are as welcoming to families with young children or someone just looking for a great margarita.

The waiters were very accommodating of our family group. The kids had a great time playing and the adults enjoyed their margaritas. They made a spicy frozen margarita that was really good. Delicious brisket tacos as well.Kid-friendliness: Huge patio with playground for the kids
