Recommend to me by a friend. Went once on Saturday and then again on Sunday. They craft their boba pearls in-house and the flavors change every week.
I had both the classic brown sugar boba with the matching pearls (I believe the classic tapioca brown sugar pearl is always available).
The pearls had the best consistency of any I have ever tried.
The second drink I had was passion fruit green tea with added fresh fruit and peach flavored pearls. This drink was stand-out.
The service was excellent and the staff were knowledgeable.
There is an art wall where patrons leave drawings (stick-y notes and writing utensils provided by the cafe) and a claw machine. The days I visited, there were also vendors selling posters, stickers, and keychains inside.
There is ample parking.

Favorite boba place!

Favorite boba store in the entire DFW! OneZo boba drinks are delicious and all their flavorful/unique tapioca balls are made in-house. They don't skimp on toppings and the flavors are always just right, even if you adjust the sweetness/ice. Hope this place stays open forever!

Hello, I just left Onezo and ordered an uni matcha latte w grapefruit and brown sugar boba, and this piece of plastic/paper came out of my drink. It felt like hard plastic and I almost swallowed it. I’m not sure what it is but just wanted to let you guys know so it doesn’t affect your other customers.

update: a couple more pieces came out of the drink, found out it was from the inside of the boba pearls

Leaving a follow up: They acted like they were going to give me a free drink on the google page but when I contacted them they ignored me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Just not for me. Tried their fruit tea and i did not like the taste at all. Tasted like someone regurgitated it. Customer service was nice!

Every time I go it's either a hit or miss... Any time I order the tea lattes such as the Jasmine Green Tea Latte, it literally tastes like water mixed with milk, despite choosing 80% sweetness. The lychee boba was also pretty hard for some reason, which is weird because their boba is usually really good. Just don't order from their tea latte menu unless you want diluted milk.

It's a hit or miss.
Most staff are nice and the drinks are good, but if you're unlucky and get one employee , you not only get bad service but a watered down, flavorless drink.

Excluding that employee, the boba and the tea is really good.

Went here to pick up my anime frontier badges and they had a good deal on their drinks! I love the boba recommendation they gave me (brown sugar boba to go with my strawberry milkshake. ). The milkshake combo was amazing!!! I forgot to ask for extra boba but that’s fine bc the normal mount of boba still let me have boba in every sip! I had to write a review before driving off. I will definitely stop by here again! (Great service + clean space with board games also 🤭💚

We had OneZo cater our wedding and it was a HUGE HIT among our guests, for a very reasonable cost. OneZo has long been our favorite boba in Dallas and we'd highly recommend them for your next group event or just for a normal boba visit. My go-to is the flaming brown sugar dirty milk with brown sugar boba. Michael and the catering team were super friendly and performed flawlessly through the whole night. Thanks so much!
