jjajangmeyon is too sweet
Had a great lunch here. Ordered the jajamyeong and a couple bowls of jjampong with a 10pc side order of sweet & spicy wings. Was able to satisfy 6 ppl's appetite. Jajamyeong had great flavor and the jjampong had just the right amount of spiciness to it.

Best Jampong korean spicy seafood noodle soup and zazamyeun (jajangmyeon).
Use too much bleach cleaner on floors tho, always smells like bleach at first blush walk in.

Their jjajangmeyon is phenomenal! I love the flavor and the amount of meat and veggies were in there. For $10.95, you get a lot of food! Their fried chicken was okay. $9.95 for 5 chicken wings and I wasn’t too impressed with the flavor. But it was still delicious nonetheless! Food came out hot and fresh and I would come again 100%! The workers were very nice and kind! Very authentic tasting! Highly recommend coming here •͈ᴗ•͈

I only ate sweet and sour pork. The meat in the sweet and sour pork was too dry, the batter was too thick, and there were even starch fries without meat at times. I won't go again
Only had fried pork and inside of breading, the meat was too dry and the breading itself was too thick. Was not impressed.
Meat jjampong is awful. Nothing like the meat jjampong they serve at Korean locations. Just weird. Not spicy at all. I came here to eat some authentic Korean-style Chinese food and this ain't it
Self-service restaurant with optional kiosk available!
This place can be a hit or miss. I've been here many times over several years, and the food quality seems to be inconsistent.
For my most recent trip, I ordered a jjamppong, and it was very disappointing. I'm still giving this restaurant 4 stars because sometimes the food can be good- especially the fried sweet and sour pork and jajangmyeon.
For my most recent visit, the jjamppong inside the food court at Hmart Plano was better. Here, there was barely any seafood (no shrimp, small tiny pieces of squid, and 2 mussels), and overall it just wasn't very good.

Mr. Paik, a judge on the Korean cooking competition show Culinary Class Wars on Netflix, operates several franchise restaurants, including Hong Kong Banjum, a Korean-Chinese eatery known as "Paik's Noodles" in English. The Carrollton branch has a food court-style setup. The Jjambbong (spicy seafood and vegetable noodles) is excellent, but the Jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles) falls a bit short of expectations. Additionally, a slight unpleasant odor in the restaurant could be a drawback for some visitors.

-1 star if possible.
Sanitary : none of the worker cooking inside wearing hair net and on several occasion saw the worker touching their hair while cooking.
Hazard: How the hell you share a piping hot noodle and only to be told to use thin styrofoam to hold the soup? Is this even legal?
Food: meh but expensive.

Jjajangmyeon tastes too sweet because there is too much sugar, and Jjamppong smells like pork. The male staff doesn't make a good impression but is also unfriendly.

I visited the store, and I felt uncomfortable using the kiosk because it was on one side of the store.
I was waiting in line in front of the kiosk to order, and I felt like I was being cut in line for people ordering right away from the staff.
Customers seem to be confused due to lack of kiosk usage guidance or insufficient response from employees.
It seems necessary to improve the way kiosk is used and train employees for smooth store operation and customer satisfaction.
We look forward to better service.
