Walking in to this place was amazing. It’s beautiful and clean. Displays were well stocked and captivating. The only thing that made this a bad experience was the associate getting our pastries for us. She was uninterested and annoyed with the questions we had. It was our first time there highly recommended by a family member.
Pan está rico. Servicio 👎🏼 first time at this panadera and my mom asked one question and the lady attending us rolled her eyes. We asked for the pan to be in separate bags because we were taking some to family and it was as if we asked them for something tremendously difficult. Not a fan of their service.
The bakery is excellent with hundreds of choices.
The new staff is terrible, the women treat me badly, I called to place an order and asked for the pupusas freshly made and they told me no, that they were already ready if I wanted them like that, if not they could make them, do they make pupusas for the whole day???

Please put the cajeta correctly on the bread cones, they do not reach the price they sell them for, I bought 4 bread cones and they only had cajeta in front of them, they were not filled to the bottom. I will no longer buy them again, I felt cheated
