I enjoy having panda express. I usually go to specific location because it's close to home. However, today I decided I no longer want to. Every time I went I usually order the same thing every time. My usual bowl, order of ragoons and a kids drink. Never had a problem until today. They told me they can't give me the drink. Only a medium or a large is allowed. I can never even finish a large. When I expressed this they just repeating themselves. Even after I just had it again not even a week ago. So I just plan to go to another location that actually considers my concerns.

Vince was amazing, the food is always delicious and the staff in general is always friendly and treats you like a human being and not a number. I am loyal to this location in particular and not just because it is close to home. Thank you guys very much for being awesome every single time.
I couldn't get a good picture or video. But whoever this worker was , working the trays of rice , used her bare hands to push overflow rice into the container. Also noticed she adjusted her cap and scratched the back of her head and proceeded to continue pushing the rice in with the same bare hands.

Terrible service. Guy at the window for one can’t take an order correctly and then no thank you or anything just hands the food and shuts the window not allowing me time to ask for a fork or spoon.

Example: If they don’t have something ready for you, instead of telling you, they give you double of the other entree OR no entree at all. When you go to check the order when it’s handed to you, they abruptly close the window. And yet every time they ask for a children’s hospital donation. I’ve given 5x!
