Andy took our order in drive- thru. He did an excellent job with his awesome customer service. I used to be a manager for Arby's and ran the deli at Tom Thumb and that's how I used to train my workers. Andy needs to get a raise

Food poisoning from the beef and broccoli and Beijing beef, as I had the super greens as my side. Horrible. And they didn’t even give you that much meat, in this case, I’m grateful or I’d probably be feeling even worse! Not worth the money or the illness - I’m going on 10+ hrs of projectile vomiting.

I go to panda express alot I am a truck driver so have been to one's in different states this one gives you small portions and still pay the same money I would go to a different one if you want to getvtoyr money's worth

Not the first time this has happened. Went through the drive thru and ordered orange chicken. Guess they were out so they gave me honey chicken which I discovered after i got home. One other time they gave me sesame chicken instead of orange chicken. I know now to check every time.

7/24/24: I've been fasting since 10:00 p.m. night before. I had surgery at 7:30 am. Just got out. After recovering, They sent me home... But I was hungry so where did I go? Yep, here! My comfort food is fried rice. Yes, I'm Asian Filipino. So my wife and I ordered some fried rice, chicken and string beans, teriyaki chicken, & crab rangoon. Everything tasted fantastic! Thank you team at the restaurant for a wonderful experience and super tasty lunch after a fast overnight.

Never thought I will ever put a negative review on a panda express. My family and I purchased a family meal. We had our dinner about two hours ago after our dinner 30 minutes ago we have been having severe stomach ache and pain in our stomach like no other both of our tummy feels gassed up like no other to the point that we feel that the food that they gave us has gone bad. Not to mention the event an hour before they closed so I’m certain that they gave me the leftovers not to mention. They also made me wait outside to get the food for almost 25 to 30 minutes. I have had panda express for over 20 years since I have been in America. I have never had this situation before. I’m very disappointed never buying panda express ever again!

Andy in the drive through was amazing. Really kind and dedicated to make sure I had great customer service. Offered me a drink while I wait for my food to be ready(it was going to take 5-10minutes). Amazing job Andy, definitely felt like this was one of my better experiences I’ve had in a drive through.

Placed a catering order. The person who took the order, Phillip, was real nice and took down the whole order including “delivery” details. Later he texted that they can’t deliver to which i agreed to. On the day of order, i called at 11 am to see if it ll be ready by 11:30 and the person confirmed. I reached panda at 11:45 and my order still needs 20 mins. I requested for the manager and James, the training manager came to talk to me. Not at all apologetic, and very aggressive behavior. I told him that i have catered from you guys 5-6 times in the past year but i wont be doing it again because of my experience and he just said “okay”. He said that we dont take phone orders and i told him that “Phillip did take this order over the phone” to which he responded “i will talk to him - all orders need to be online”. I wish James was more apologetic to earn my future business.
