Andy took our order in drive- thru. He did an excellent job with his awesome customer service. I used to be a manager for Arby's and ran the deli at Tom Thumb and that's how I used to train my workers. Andy needs to get a raise
7/24/24: I've been fasting since 10:00 p.m. night before. I had surgery at 7:30 am. Just got out. After recovering, They sent me home... But I was hungry so where did I go? Yep, here! My comfort food is fried rice. Yes, I'm Asian Filipino. So my wife and I ordered some fried rice, chicken and string beans, teriyaki chicken, & crab rangoon. Everything tasted fantastic! Thank you team at the restaurant for a wonderful experience and super tasty lunch after...
Andy in the drive through was amazing. Really kind and dedicated to make sure I had great customer service. Offered me a drink while I wait for my food to be ready(it was going to take 5-10minutes). Amazing job Andy, definitely felt like this was one of my better experiences I’ve had in a drive through.
