Honestly shout out to Brian for helping us with our DoorDash.
Our doordash delivery person took our pizza apparently and they kept sending us new drivers to pick up a nonexistent pizza. But Brian helped us and got us a new pizza delivered and everything. Thank you so much!

So I love Papa Johns, always tastes great. Really just a quality control issue here. I ordered 2 pizzas late last night and it took us like 15 minutes of walking around the complex because we couldn’t find the driver, then we get the pizza and it’s been roughly handled, slid over to one side of the box and the pizza was missing the jalapeños we ordered

Condescending staff, complete jerks
Legit just hung up the phone on me when i was trying to explain that no one showed up to deliver
I paid 30$ for pizza, and got nothing and every time i call the phone numbers they say it’s not the right store and give me another number and then THAT person tells me it’s not the right store and just hangs up after I patiently explain my situation.

Why am I being scammed by papa John’s?!

Never come to order here, very bad treatment from the employees

Not only did they forget my drink i had to call and have a drink redelivered they send the wrong drink not even worth my time calling again they obviously have 0 idea what they are doing some people need to be replaced

I walked into the lobby and the atmosphere it didn’t feel like “another pizza place” , it was a warm, welcoming atmosphere. OV the GM had my order ready on time and went above and beyond her call of duty. It’s saying a lot to review a papa John’s with that said if you want great customer service, a warm friendly smiling face and a good pizza this is the place. A true diamond in the rough.

App alerted that pizza was done, but it was still cooking when I arrived. BUT... it was a weekend night, so I understand. Super nice staff. Hot and fresh.

I love Pappa Johns Pizza. But this location is horrible to get a delivery from. They won't keep delivery drivers and use door dash or some other service that doesn't care about service. Needless to say I never received my pizza. The lady at the location was very nice and offered to remake it but I declined as I didn't want to risk it being "Not" delivered again. I really hope Pappa Johns hires some drivers.

This is the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Our pizza showed up a mess. Upon opening the box half of our pizza was missing. It turns out the driver dropped it coming on the stairs. Instead of apologizing and replacing it, they leave it at the door and do not notify us. To make things worse, getting ahold of the restaurant is IMPOSSIBLE. We had to physically go up to the store. Do not order from this location. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
