Papa Johns Pizza

Condescending staff, complete jerks
Legit just hung up the phone on me when i was trying to explain that no one showed up to deliver
I paid 30$ for pizza, and got nothing and every time i call the phone numbers they say it’s not the right store and give me another number and then THAT person tells me it’s not the right store and just hangs up after I patiently explain my situation.

Why am I being scammed by papa John’s?!

Never come to order here, very bad treatment from the employees

Not only did they forget my drink i had to call and have a drink redelivered they send the wrong drink not even worth my time calling again they obviously have 0 idea what they are doing some people need to be replaced

I walked into the lobby and the atmosphere it didn’t feel like “another pizza place” , it was a warm, welcoming atmosphere. OV the GM had my order ready on time and went above and beyond her call of duty. It’s saying a lot to review a papa John’s with that said if you want great customer service, a warm friendly smiling face and a good pizza this is the place. A true diamond in the rough.

App alerted that pizza was done, but it was still cooking when I arrived. BUT... it was a weekend night, so I understand. Super nice staff. Hot and fresh.

I love Pappa Johns Pizza. But this location is horrible to get a delivery from. They won't keep delivery drivers and use door dash or some other service that doesn't care about service. Needless to say I never received my pizza. The lady at the location was very nice and offered to remake it but I declined as I didn't want to risk it being "Not" delivered again. I really hope Pappa Johns hires some drivers.

This is the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Our pizza showed up a mess. Upon opening the box half of our pizza was missing. It turns out the driver dropped it coming on the stairs. Instead of apologizing and replacing it, they leave it at the door and do not notify us. To make things worse, getting ahold of the restaurant is IMPOSSIBLE. We had to physically go up to the store. Do not order from this location. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

This was my worst experience at any type of fast food restaurant in my entire life. I wish I could give negative stars because this place is awful. I placed an order online at appx 10am to be delivered at noon. I called to follow up after 6 min. Into my selected delivery time & was told by the manager who answered the phone that he was there by himself all morning and he had big orders to fill all morning and he was doing his best & he said the order had just went out. Now the automated message that plays when I called told me my order was being cut & boxed. Around 12:20 I called back & said my order still hasn’t arrived. The young man on the line says woah woah woah I just got her I don’t know what you talking back. I said my name & told him I was checking on my order he said the manager had just left with it. The office I ordered this for was only 10 minutes from this location. I went to this location around 12:50. The manager was present & said it was sent out via door dash & there was no way to track the order or contact the driver. I said well the pizza never arrived and I want a refund. I was given a refund no apology nor a sense of empathy. They do not deserve the 1 star I had to give to leave this review.

Great customer service and pizza the way it should be. Location has social distancing stations setup at registers.

A year later same great service and wonderful pizza.
And another year later great service and 5 stars for consistency.
