Didn't make pizzas correctly, carelessly threw together the pizzas, spent $72, also nowhere close to hot!!! They threw the spicy garlic sauce (was supposed to have two) in the middle of my grandmothers brownie and it was busted in the box on top of it!! Chicken wings are luke warm borderline cold and mushy!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Ordered online and per the app said it was completed. Got there and order wasn't prepared. On top of that pizza maker decided to get the pizza our early and rushed it, rendering pizza undone. Toppings were done uncorrectly. Would not be surpised if this location suffers from sales. Very poorly managed.

We ordered two pizzas and garlic knots. One pizza we got half jalapeno and half bell pepper, but they gave us banana instead of bell. And there was a hair on it, it wasn’t even cut either. The garlic knots were just dry bread with no garlic or butter or anything. The other pizza we got half of the crust had fallen off, it looked like they used old crust that was not edible. My boyfriend had to drive all the way back and tell them to remake it. They gave us a refund which was nice but I don’t think we’ll be back

If they are going to outsource and nit use their drivers they need better structure. My order was picked up and taken all over i got my food late and cold.. I hate pizza hut but I will be using them over Papa John's in the future this was a terrible experience.

Papa John's should close down this store. They are giving every franchise a bad name. Last time I ordered here it took over 2 hours to get a Pizza. We gave them another chance, carryout this time, and they forgot items on the order, they would not honor online deals and the staff displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I may never return to Papa Johns, but will definitely never purchase from this poorly managed location again.

My pizza was not cooked all the way. There is a layer of uncooked dough on top of the crust and under the cheese. This made me very sick. Please cook your pizzas all the way through. This is not the first time this has happened at this location
App said the order was ready. When I got to the store, the only person working was busy in the middle of making pizzas. Took him a couple of minutes before he could come over, and then it turned out the order wasn't ready. Why did the app say it was? The worker was polite the whole time, but definitely having to juggle too much. Management needs to stop cheapening out on labor and make sure the store is staffed.

Doordash sucks and disappointed that Papa johns uses them! I have clear instructions to knock or ring doorbell and hand deliver food. After checking the app because felt like it took too long, they just threw the food on my porch and left. Was sitting outside for over 30min getting cold. And then there's nothing Papa John's can do cause it's not their people. Never ordering from anyone that uses doordash over their own staff again.
