App said the order was ready. When I got to the store, the only person working was busy in the middle of making pizzas. Took him a couple of minutes before he could come over, and then it turned out the order wasn't ready. Why did the app say it was? The worker was polite the whole time, but definitely having to juggle too much. Management needs to stop cheapening out on labor and make sure the store is staffed.

Doordash sucks and disappointed that Papa johns uses them! I have clear instructions to knock or ring doorbell and hand deliver food. After checking the app because felt like it took too long, they just threw the food on my porch and left. Was sitting outside for over 30min getting cold. And then there's nothing Papa John's can do cause it's not their people. Never ordering from anyone that uses doordash over their own staff again.

These people are thieves. I never got my order after waiting an hour, I called and they said they would just refund me. 3 weeks later still have not received my refund. When I called they also said “yeah someone stole your pizza” and had no solution. Worst service I’ve seen. Order from anywhere else.

Gosh dang man . I love PapaJohns but since they have been using Door dash it has been absolutely terrible. I still feel like they have good pizza, but by the time it gets to me it's cold as heck. Takes an hour or more just to get pizza.

This is how food is delivered from Papa John's set time for 7:00 I got food at 7:30 jus to arrive like this 40 something dollars ordered on a Sunday night to have pizza and this is what we get I was told that their delivery service is a third party like door dash. A company that makes this much money has to use doordash delivery drivers man I miss Domino's going back to them that company cares about their food quality and their products

Extremely disappointed. Ordered xl ny style pizza. Looks like just a regular pizza. Ordered cheese bread with garlic sauce got marina instead and the cheese bread paper thin which is what I expected for the pizza
