Gosh dang man . I love PapaJohns but since they have been using Door dash it has been absolutely terrible. I still feel like they have good pizza, but by the time it gets to me it's cold as heck. Takes an hour or more just to get pizza.

I ordered my pizza at 2:30 to be delivered at 5. At 6pm I went to the store and picked up my own pizza. I wasn't even refunded my delivery fee or tip. I was told they were too busy and to call later about it. I'm 48 years old and this is the worst customer service I've ever had. READ THE CURRENT REVIEWS. I wish I had

This is how food is delivered from Papa John's set time for 7:00 I got food at 7:30 jus to arrive like this 40 something dollars ordered on a Sunday night to have pizza and this is what we get I was told that their delivery service is a third party like door dash. A company that makes this much money has to use doordash delivery drivers man I miss Domino's going back to them that company cares about their food quality and their products

Cancelled my online order twice without explanation.
Worst experience of any pizza place ive ever set my taste buds on. Unclean restaurant people are on their phones and then right back onto the pizza. If you try to order before they close they WONT allow you to order carry out. What is the point of being open until 11pm if you can't get pizza at 10pm. If you want cheap trash pizza enjoy this dump of a place.

Food was on point and the Doordash driver who was assigned to me was 5 stars He went above and beyond! Couldn't rate him though.. would definitely recommend adding their rating system if you're sending DD drivers! I recommend the fiery buffalo chicken pizza! The stuffed crust is a plus!

They did not complete my order . My pizza was wrong and cold when arrived . I didn’t receive my Pepsi . And my wings were still bloody!!! I’ve tried calling several times and the store is not picking up phone . This has to be the worst service I have ever received. This was today 12/3/2023 around noon I’m still calling now and it’s 4 and no response

Pizza was undercooked all the toppings fell off as soon as you grabbed a piece. The other one the bread was burnt, and they clearly have their phone set up to keep you from contacting the store directly. A complete joke, I will not order from this one ever again.
