Food was on point and the Doordash driver who was assigned to me was 5 stars He went above and beyond! Couldn't rate him though.. would definitely recommend adding their rating system if you're sending DD drivers! I recommend the fiery buffalo chicken pizza! The stuffed crust is a plus!

They did not complete my order . My pizza was wrong and cold when arrived . I didn’t receive my Pepsi . And my wings were still bloody!!! I’ve tried calling several times and the store is not picking up phone . This has to be the worst service I have ever received. This was today 12/3/2023 around noon I’m still calling now and it’s 4 and no response

Pizza was undercooked all the toppings fell off as soon as you grabbed a piece. The other one the bread was burnt, and they clearly have their phone set up to keep you from contacting the store directly. A complete joke, I will not order from this one ever again.

The employees making pizza here are more concerned with conversing loudly about sex than making sure customers orders are correct. Pizza was missing half of its ingredients and it along with the desert i ordered were heavily burnt. After talking with the shift lead for a refund he gave me enough looks with his eyes to anger the most patient of people, possibly even going as far as to write down my license plate number while i was ordering from the next nearest papa johns. Corporate has been notified of the absolute state of this location, IF YOU NEED PIZZA DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG AT BEST AND A HEALTH HAZZARD AT WORSE. If anything bad happens to my home or car due to this location knowing my address and plate number I know it was the employees here that did it.

Ordered the works custom with sausage and beef instead of Canadian bacon and spicy Italian sausage. When I placed stated pay cash at store. I arrived at store to see handwritten sign saying no cash. I stated I only have cash and the guy said if you have the exact amount. I went back to my car and came back with exactly $16.23. I took pizza ? home to dissatisfaction. The toppings were lacking and an abundance of tomato sauce!!!! I should of just left without buying the pizza. Service has gone down tremendously, not sure what has happened. I will never order again!!!! Horrible!!!!!!

We ordered a Pizza for delivery at 3:13pm, it said that was going to be delivered at 3:58pm after 1 hour of waiting and the website saying that they were making it my husband called and he was transferred and transferred and nobody picked up the phone. After 2 hours we went to the store the guy was so rude and said that they didn’t get a call, which is false, we called 7 times to the store phone number. He said the they got the order at 5PM, we wanted to cancel at that point and he said that we couldn’t because it was already in the oven, at the end they cancelled it but we’re still waiting for the cancellation email. It was our first time buying it and we’re never gonna buy again

This place has gone way downhill recently. They seem to not understand the concept of putting toppings on half of the pizza as ordered. Topping placement is very haphazard. And it's not like they're very busy and therefore a little sloppy. They offered to remake it but they didn't even start the new one before I got back to the restaurant 15 minutes later. Never coming back.

Received our pizza looking like this. Peppers not evenly placed over whole pizza. Barely any pepperoni. Folded slice in half. Manager blamed driver. No discount or coupon code for next order. Well there will not be anymore orders from us. Pizza was not hot. They did not include the whole address and the driver had to call and ask. Poor service.

This location has gone downhill. I called to let them know their driver had delivered it to the wrong house and that the pizza was cold and they argued with me that the pizza left right away and was delivered to the right address VIA GPS . Well the pizza was in delivery for over 30 minutes and they delivered it to my neighbor not a different neighborhood.

UPDATE: so recently I learned that she quit her job due to rude coworkers, including the head manager who apparently lashed out on her when she was doing her job just fine. After I learned this I noticed that the store seems to be running poorly as I ordered a pizza and it was in a bad state, it wasn't even cooked well and I also order some cheesesticks and I didn't get any. The last time I was in the store it looked a bit messy and the employees seem extremely unhappy, I also saw a child in the back messing with the food. I sadly don't think I'll eat here again because of how poor the store is preforming right now, if the female manager was there she would have improved the store but now I don't think it will get better.Ok so I do like this store and papa johns has been one of my preferred pizza places, but recently i believe they hired a female manager and shes so nice and friendly every time I place a order. I order from this papa John's often and I felt like before some months ago it was alright, however this new manager does a fantastic job and I'm quite sure she has whipped this place to shape. All the pizzas I order are always good and if I get a pizza that's messed up, I'll call the store and she will have me a replacement with no delay. I don't know her name exactly, but if anyone higher up sees this, give her a raise or even a promotion as I'm sure it will improve this store immensely.
