The cakes at Paris Baguette in Carrollton, and various Paris Baguette’s in Texas, are exactly like the cakes in South Korea.

The service was terrible. I asked for an iced drink with light ice. The employee looked at me and said, “It’s light,” but it clearly wasn’t. I politely asked again if I could get light ice, and she gave me an annoyed look. Even though I stayed kind and smiled, she dumped out part of the drink, handed it back to me not full, and when I asked if she could top it off, she said, “No, we can’t. Its measured” its literally a machine that pours it out. Terrible service get rid of the girl

This is a self-service bakery with a large variety of pastries and sandwiches. The food is fresh and the staff are friendly and helpful. You can eat in or takeout.

My husband and I popped in when it was newly open (they still had a coming soon banner on the outside). It’s pricey, but cute inside. The chocolate chip scone was okay (better the 2nd day when I knew it wasn’t sweet) but the croissant was divine. We’ll be back to try other things!
One note that in no way goes against the business or my rating - but it closes at 9 PM ON Fridays, not 10 PM like google says. We showed up at 9:05 and the worker outside seemed annoyed we were there asking (which I get - but it was googles fault!)

My favorite thing about this place is that they sell pastel de nata, which is hard to find.

$48?? Seriously??? For this???
I don't want to give any star.
My family always bought our anniversary cakes from this bakery, and ever since we fell in love with their green tea strawberry cake, we've only ever gotten that one. I was sad because we hadn't had a chance to buy a cake from there since last year. I was happy to finally get one this time, even though the decoration looked too simple and much less elaborate than before. However, the excitement turned into deep disappointment because the condition of the cake was unbelievably awful!
Considering the price increase, we may be able to excuse the lack of berries, but the cake has also become way more expensive than the price we got before!!
I kept the cake in a cooler bag and refrigerated it immediately. But just two hours later, I already noticed it was too firm as I cut it. Looking at the slice, the cream had already melted as a photo attached. A nasty green color, seriously making it look like a Halloween joke. Melted cream means they didn't whip the cream enough, or they use the cream had already made a few days earlier, or applied the cream on the cake sheet didn't cool completely or cake was frozen.
Selling this cheap looking cake for almost 50 bucks? Nonsense!
We could forgive the strange and ugly appearance if only it tasted good, but this was no longer the cake my family used to love. The cake layers, once rich and flavorful with a nice green tea taste and cloud like cream, were now just dry, generic sponge sheets and runny cream. As for the cream inside, it seemed they only pretended to use green tea powder; it tasted nothing like green tea, it didn't even have the aroma of it, making us suspect it was just food coloring.
It was marked up by $5 compared to the other varieties, and that price difference is supposedly for the GREEN TEA. Yet, it has absolutely ZERO green tea flavor. It's ridiculous to pay a premium for a nonexistent ingredient.
This is the first time I've ever felt that the money spent on a cake was a complete waste. It's incredibly sad and disappointing to realize that the cake we loved doesn't exist anymore.
Update: the manager (Dean) fixed the situation and allowed me to change my coffee. Im changing my review to more stars now.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A PARIS BAGUETTE! Do not go to this one, the one in coppell is WAY better.
The service is TERRIBLE. Caroline was the one who attended me and she was super rude and not helpful at all. The coffee tasted horrible and she didn’t want to change it.
They don’t have changing tables in the bathrooms.
They get overwhelmed when they get crowded.

My mother-in-law and I both ordered a crab pastry of some kind, had it warmed and did not like it. It had corn in it and was just nasty. We had taken less than a bite and it never left the store but I was denied a replacement or refund of a $4 item. The refund policy says nothing about the products that never left the store but it’s $4 and most will be discarded due to the buffet style set up or sold stale. The tarts are also very dry. Grand Prairie store was a better vibe than this one. But overall, today was the last visit. If someone was dissatisfied with a $4 item in my restaurant, sure wouldn’t slap a corporate policy and deny good customer service.

Love going here! Tried their strawberry matcha and cookie coffee for the first time and it was 10/10. So glad this place is nearby with all their selections.

Their hours show on here they open at 8. Showed up at 8:30 and it was closed. Maybe update the hours on here.
This was my second and probably last time coming here to study. Within about 20 minutes of sitting down, the manager came out and insisted I either buy something or leave. I tried to explain that I would gladly do so once I worked up an appetite, but he showed zero understanding and kept insisting that I buy something immediately or get out. If he were to calmly explain that I was taking up seating during a busy time or something along those lines I would’ve understood, but the way he approached me left a sour taste in my mouth. Although I can’t lie that the red bean bun was pretty damn good, I think it would’ve tasted even better if I got to buy it out of my own free will.
