I don't know how good their coffee is and I will never try it. Their delivery drivers are the absolute worst. I have been ran off the road personally at 121 and and free port. I have now watched this person cut off 3 people in traffic with no blinkers.

This was my first time here and I am so impressed!!! I did burn my tongue on my coffee, but I’ll call that “user error” lol.

They roast everything fresh and I think they even do tours here!

I had a drip coffee which has free refills which is amazing! Ohhh and the monkey bread was delicious!

They have the cutest little work area in the back and you can work while watching the roasted so their thing!

Support your local coffee shops - this place has great tacos, awesome customer service, local roasters for the highest quality coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere 😍 (beautiful hot pumpkin spice latte with whip pictured, from two different visits!)

It was packed, that's a good sign I guess. Would have liked more comfortable seating.

I’ve come here many times for a nice place to meet with a friend for a cup of coffee or to bring my laptop and work for a bit. The baristas are always so kind and I love that there’s lots of seating. Today I came in and ordered a PSL somewhat self-consciously (it’s a basic drink but SO GOOD) and the barista drew this ghost drinking a PSL on my coffee sleeve 😂 Highly recommend!

Always love me some Parks Coffee! I have never had a beverage that tasted bad here. I love the earthy notes of the coffee, not a lot of places offer this unique blend. Come and check it out! You can view the roaster where they make the beans as well and package them! Super neat little spot for a quick grab and go, or if you want to sit and stay a while!

Hands down the best coffee beans you can get in the area. The drinks they make are especially good and cheaper than most places. My go to is the nitro float which has nitro cold brew poured over 3 scoops of ice cream, for only $7. The venue is great too and it's fun to watch the brewery at work through the glass.

Just noticed this cute little bun under my name! Thank you! <3 What a delightful surprise.

Quite frankly, the coffee was horrible. Barista station was filthy, portafilter was the dirtiest I've seen in my life. With such a grand facility and amazing gear at their disposal, it feels like a sin to be offering such low skill level coffee. As a coffee shop owner myself, showcasing such quality would be mortifying. And RIGHT NEXT to my monster roastery? What a waste. Please train your staff. Please educate them. 🙏
Bathroom is clean though.

I drove about 40 minutes to check this place out, and honestly, it was a big disappointment. Most coffee roasters let you sample before buying, but here they expect you to blindly purchase bagged coffee with no samples, no guidance. The girl taking my order didn’t seem knowledgeable at all, and the staff in general weren’t friendly. I even asked how can we taste coffee samples and she had no clue but obviously they do tours but she didn’t know it. They also don’t take cash like what???

When my order was ready, they just called my name and left the drinks on a rack. For a first-time visitor, that was confusing and felt impersonal. Why am I picking up my coffee like I’m grabbing a package instead of being served?

I ordered a white chocolate mocha macchiato, and it was hands down the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It was flavorless, bitter, and straight into the trash. Even my 5-year-old threw away his cake pop. That should say a lot.

Between the unfriendly service, confusing setup, lack of knowledge, and bad drinks, I literally want my money back. If this style of service and coffee is your thing, maybe you’ll like it, but it’s absolutely not for me.

We drove 40 minutes with high hopes of trying different types of coffee, only to be told that wasn’t an option. The staff wasn’t friendly, there was little seating, and no effort to guide us through the menu. My coffee was supposed to be a white chocolate mocha, but there was no flavor, just plain coffee. The peach tea lemonade was even worse, tasting like watered-down tea with zero sweetness, and no peach flavor despite asking for it full sweet. Overall, it felt like a waste of time, gas, and money.

The coffee is amazing but they recently replaced their really cool menu board with one of those God awful scrolling menus so now you run into that awkward moment when you're trying to read off what you're trying to order but it scrolls away so now you're just having an awkward staring contest with the person at the counter until the right slide rolls around again. Please just have a static menu. The themes they choose for the slides also just don't match the aesthetic of the space, so it's even more jarring, considering they otherwise seem to have a pretty strong grasp on their branding.
