As a certified coffee snob I am legally required to be a little more than particular about cafes. So believe me when I say Parks is genuinely great - great service, solid coffee behind the bar, and since you’re drinking in full view of the roasting floor the cafe is a really cool space. Imagine the coffee version of a brewery. I just wish they stamped their bags with roast dates instead of “best by” and that they actually hand-poured their pour-overs in something like a...

Good coffee and opens at 6:30am! They have taco deli breakfast tacos in addition to small selection of pastries. Good options for decaf which was a life saver when I was pregnant. The decaf drip and espressos options are pretty good. glad I’m back to drinking caffeine bc those are delish too!
