FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz••••? WHAT THEY’RE KNOWN FOR: a popular location in Arlington too but I believe this is a different owner in Carrollton. I prefer this location because of cleanliness.? THE VIBE: clean and updated interior. I really like the tiles they used on the wall lol. Very casual place to grab food!? PRICE: ~$30? WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! Already did.••••Overall Rating: 9/10- If you’re looking for a cheap place to grab good authentic Vietnamese food this is the place! They also cook SUPER fast it comes out in less than 10 minutes!- I am a classic pho tai girlie (sometimes pho tai and bo vien (meatball). You can taste the quality and cleanliness of this place. I love hole in the wall restaurants but sometimes the food can reflect lack of quality but pho Pasteur doesn’t!- I love spring rolls but these were a bit too small and the rice paper was a bit too hard for my liking. I recommend getting an order of their fried egg rolls which is what I got recently and they were delicious!- Great service, great prices, and this location has tons of other food places around it too!

I have dined in plenty of times and the food was great. However, tonight I went in and ordered a #1 to-go but realized when I got home that the meat was raw. Why was I not forewarned about this when I ordered? I called and was told that they could not do anything because they are closed; however, I only called because I was confused…I have never received raw meat when I ordered phǒ to-go. After going back and forth, I was then told that I could come back to the store to have it cooked…seriously?!? NEVER GOING BACK! The service is unbelievably awful.

The food is okay, but there is an older guy wearing glasses who is very rude to customers. The two times I brought my whole family along, they all had a grumpy attitude, probably because I didn't dress well ?. Never come back. Also, smoking in the

Nut allergy friendly for soups, I didn't even ask. This place was packed on a Sunday! Thankfully, in a parking plaza with plenty of parking.Service here may be slower, as there are only so many wait staff if it gets busy. It took us a while to even get menus. The Vietnamese Coffee came out about 15 minutes after ordering (already dripped though, which others were served as it was dripping) and the soups about 21 minutes after ordering.Where the service is slow, the food is packing in flavor and size! I ordered extra large of the pho and the bun bo hue and it did not disappoint. The prices are extremely reasonable for what you get. The pho broth was oily but flavorful and rich. The bun bo hue was the perfect balance of spice and flavor. My only critique is that the eye of round steak in my pho tai was a bit tough, but they gave so much of it that I can't complain.Would definitely visit again if I'm in Dallas. It stands up to some shops on Bellaire in Houston.

I was craving a decent shaken beef but so many Pho places don’t serve it these days. It was on Pho Pasteur’s menu. Although I knew nothing about them other than their relatively high google ratings, I decided to give them a try. I ordered the shaken beef, which really hit the spot. It was fresh and not overly salty. It was accompanied by some sort of soy sauce you could dip in or poor over, as you please. The portion was a little scant - but fair, I would say - and it came with a ton of white rice. I also ordered a full order of the pork/shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce. They were really, really satisfying. I can’t say I have ever had pork and shrimp in the same roll, but it worked. Finally, I got an iced coffee with condensed milk. It was quite delicious, but after four large sips, it was gone; I probably could have downed two more. If this place remains consistent, I will heartily recommend.Parking: The restaurant is in a large strip center, so parking didn’t appear to ever be an issue.

The pho broth here is the best in the area! When it is refrigerated, it gels up, which means that it is true bone broth, cooked for quite a while with lots of nutrients in it. Delicious and healthy!

We ordered 2 extra large Pho with brisket, meatball, and rare beef. The broth is pretty good but a bit salty though. Portions are much better than some other places, but their tendons are tiny. Their price is lower than most Pho restaurants, so that is a plus.
