Charging for Parmesan cheese and red pepper packets is crazy work after spending 20 plus dollars and tipping. Pizza was super mediocre, who ever was cooking 09/6/25 needs to be the dishwasher instead.

I placed an order online and was charged but then was told to call this number above because they didn’t receive my order. However my credit card was charged!! Word to the wise. NEVER order from Pizza Hut ever again. It is a ripoff!!!!

We have had our last visit to this location. Tonight, we ordered a tavern style pizza for carry out and found it was a stuffed crust pizza that was simply cut into tavern style slices. We should have checked before leaving the store but unfortunately assumed that because we ordered online, it would be correct. Because we were hungry, we ate it, but it was absolutely terrible. We will be throwing out the remainder and will stick to Pizzarella or Bacci's from now on.

I've loved this pizza hut for years but the problems just keep stacking up. Store sometimes closes early, found out once when I went to pick up my order and couldn't even get a refund. There no quality control, ingredients are usually right 4/5 times but the crust is very inconsistent. Today they used the cinnamon Stix dough as the crust for a hand tossed pizza, couldn't even eat more than a bite cause of the cinnamon flavor and weird texture.

I really wanted to order from this Pizza Hut. BUT they were sold out of Italian Sausage. Other Hut locations had sausage, but not this one. Sausage is a basic addition to a pizza. Lost my business!

Ordered delivery for a pesto Margherita but came without the basil pesto. Eating it because it still tastes okay and I’m hungry. Delivery driver was very nice, professional

I have to admit, I have had less than favorable experiences here in the past, but they seem to have gotten their "stuff" together. Last 4 or five orders have been on time, hot, and great tasting. Just had the ultimate bundle and had a ton of food for a fair price. Keep up the good work!

My order was incomplete. I had to call 3 times and was transferred to other people, was put on hold, was hung up on, and finally because of my persistence I was able to speak to a Manager. What kind of service is this? I was charged a delivery fee but you all keep the delivery fee and didn't forward it to the actual delivery person. This is called theft. How are you all going to charge a delivery fee when you all are not making the delivery? It makes no sense! Most likely, I will never order from Pizza Hut again. For this kind of service with store bought quality pizza, I should just buy it in the store and save myself the hassle, headache with customer service, and high prices!

I was traveling for business and stopped at this location. The order was wrong so I took pizza back to show them they gave me a large cheese pizza. My app clearly showed I ordered 3 topping large pizza. I asked to speak with the manager and the manager replied it is not his fault, nor the cooks if the system got it wrong.
No apologies for their mistake. The manager said I can wait and they can make another one. I told him I didn't have time I was traveling and he said again it wasn't their fault the system messed up. He did not offer anything for the mistake. I told him I would reach out to corporate, and his response was its not going to hurt him. He is not worried about my complaint.
It was a horrible experience and management needs to be a better example to the employees. The gentleman that took the order looked as he was i. Disbelief but the manager did not care. Definitely 2 thumbs down👎👎

I ordered a carryout pizza and the driver texted me a picture when he delivered the pizza. Unfortunately it was not my house so I didn't get my pizza. I called him but he did not speak English so I couldn't get him to correct the situation. I called the restaurant on Kelly and also stopped by there the next day. I could not get a refund because I ordered it through the app. I contacted corporate and they haven't given me a refund either. My next step will be small claims court. Beware if you order from this store.
