Don't waste your time or money on the chicken Alfredo pasta. I ordered two of these and we had two very small pieces of chicken in each. The truth is, I would have received more chicken in a kids nugget meal from any restaurant and spent far less. It's a bit insulting to do this on a delivery order. Obviously my money was wasted on this choice but hopefully it will spare someone.

On August 12 I placed an online order as I do often. The order was missing the dust that comes with the pizza i always get. I called the store which they gave me store credit as they usually do. So when I called to have it replaced the manger went off, saying I replaced 2 orders for you before and they are running a business. I explained to him that I had talked to someone on the 12 and they told me they was putting my number down for credit. He ask me did I eat the pizza that was not right and said next time for me to send the pizza back. So today I just placed an order onlin, and the same thing happened again so I called to the store to have them to come back and pick up this pizza now I have to wait even longer to get a new one cause of the rude guy

I participate in the book it for my children for the summer time and the Pizza Hut website tells you to download book it, go into the store and show any Pizza Hut the code to get the pizza. Well. When I go to this Pizza Hut the man at the counter is continuously rude about it. I walked in and I said hi. I have three of the bucket Pizza Hut for my three kids and automatically in this rude voice says you need to go online. Then says I can't accept anything unless it's on your email or it says Pizza Hut. That is not my problem. If he has had plenty of people come up because the website tells us to go to the store. I think this should be handled in a way different manner than yelling at me about it. And I think he needs to learn a little more customer service as well. His name is Jacob.
I had a really good experience at Pizza Hut. The staff was friendly and everything came out pretty quick. The pizza was hot, the crust had a nice crunch, and the stuffed crust was definitely the highlight—super cheesy and satisfying. It was exactly what I was craving, and I’d definitely go back next time.
