Three topping pizza was less than desirable. Scant amount of cheese and toppings. Pizza was priced to incentivize business/patrons. Spend you money for pizza elsewhere.

I always hesitate to order from here because the reviews but I have never had a bad experience with this location. The last time we ordered here, they actually upgraded our pizza to a larger size at no charge.

As far as Pizza Hut establishments go, this one is towards the bottom of the list in terms of service. The employees are unprofessional, although several of the delivery drivers are experienced and make up for the in-store staffing for people answering phones and management. I would rather get from a different store but this one's closest to me so I have no choice

Sebastion was extremely unhelpful when trying to order over the phone. He sounded high and made the ordering process extremely difficult. Called the restaurant then after giving him our order, he told us we had to call another number. It should NOT be this hard to get a pizza.

Myself & two other customers stood in the lobby area for over 10 minutes while two employees talked amongst themselves about not knowing to work the front counter. Never greeted us, or told us that someone would be with us soon. We had to wait until a delivery driver arrived to be helped.

Forgot our sauces, there were maybe 5 pieces of pineapple on the whole pizza, and the pizza wasn’t even hot but warmish when we picked it up. Disappointed but glad there are other PH locations around here

Our delivery driver Lauren or Laurence? Was extremely rude. There was a slit confusion and instead of being civil and having a normal interaction he was completely rude and disrespectful blaming me and pointing out the obvious problem with the order. I proceeded to call the store about forgotten ranch and talk to a manager about the interaction. Instead he started yelling over the manager trying to yell at me I continued to be muted and call was dropped. A completely unprofessional interaction. The fact he was comfortable enough yelling over his manager shows nothing is being done about this. Wanted to make it known.

Awful location! Terrible customer service. Did I mention disgusting, under cooked, doughy, cold pizza and burnt, crispy, can't eat bread sticks!? I find it ridiculous these places charge $5 to deliver now, but I did carry out, for a big dinner box for the family with pasta and bread sticks. The pizzas were under cooked, still had raw dough in the middle, the bacon was slimy and under cooked. The cheese was barely melted. When I walked in, I stood there for 5 minutes before someone came from the back to acknowledge my existence...he comes up and answers the phone, doesn't say anything but rather puts his finger up at me saying "hold on"...so I waited some more. He finally asks me for the name and he gives it to me from the pizza warmer. I would stand clear from this location at all costs.
