I visited Pizza Hut today to take advantage of the personal pan pizza deal, ordering two individual pizzas. When I requested a few side sauces (which I paid for), the employee handling my transaction displayed clear visible displeasure.
Shortly after, this employee was distinctly overheard speaking loudly to a coworker in the back preparation area, making unprofessional and disparaging remarks specifically about the size of my order and my request for sauces.
This lapse in professionalism and respect from the staff member completely undermined the experience. Customers expect and deserve courteous service regardless of the order's size.

We trusted this Pizza Hut with a large order for a kids birthday party .... and everything came out perfect. Will gladly order here again. Pizza was hot. Ingredients were balanced and plenty. Dough was fresh. Garlic bread was generously seasoned. We scheduled in advanced and order was on time down to two minutes.

Sabika provided superb customer service and satisfaction! She was kind, professional, and accommodating. The pizza was delicious and well made as I requested. If it wasn’t so far away from my home, I would go there more frequently when I’m in the mood for pizza!

As far as Pizza Hut establishments go, this one is towards the bottom of the list in terms of service. The employees are unprofessional, although several of the delivery drivers are experienced and make up for the in-store staffing for people answering phones and management. I would rather get from a different store but this one's closest to me so I have no choice
