It’s safe to say don’t order when it’s close to closing time my pizza was not cooked throughly it was a sheet of dough…then they attempted to hand me a hot soda and it was only 10:30 and she locked the door right after me and google says they close at 12am so yea it’s obvious they were ready to go

Second restaurant in Carrollton Texas I have ever seen where they did not clean the lobby. It was so nasty paper all over the floor, food all over the counter. I will never eat here ever again.

After reading these past reviews I’m not suprised how accurate they are. I’m not sure what the bigger young lady name was but she was just rude obviously did not want to be there nor care about customer service. I’m not sure if she was 100% focused but I had to repeat my order a couple of times. Food was sloppy was not even worth going back for a refund. Lesson learned. Lucky there is a dominoes pizza on the same street go there instead I guarantee it a much better experience.

Had a very bad experience just now on Sunday. Ticket number 0085. Time 8:31pm, Sunday. Carry out. Came to pick up my order but one young big lady with glasses on came out. No smile, no greet. She talked very rudely. After delivering pizza I asked her name. Without answering me and saying goodbye she left me at the reception alone and left. That’s how a big chain reputable place Pizza Hut employees deal with the client. I wish there was a rating Lower than 1. I would give that. Bad service, bad staff, bad manners. I always come here but this is the first time I have faced this bad attitude. Not returning back.

I ordered Pizza Hut bc I wanted cinnamon sticks, but boy do I regret ordering pizza! It was horrible! Thin crust pepperoni and bacon and it was cold....tasted like it had been sitting for a minute, took over 45 min to get it from a 5 min drive away, and cost way too much!!! I always order Dominoes bc they are FAST, have multiple coupons for anything, AND TASTE GREAT! Never pizza hut again!

I came in around 1pm today asked if they had any deals the lady working the counter was extremely rude, She seemed agitated that I wanted to order! Horrible service I left and went to Dominos like I initially wanted but stopped by because they were closer! I called to get the managers info to report the horrible service and the lady hung up in my face! Never Again!! Staff is lazyyyyyyy!!!

Took an hour to deliver, the pizza wasn’t even warm, almost no sauce on it, onions were burned. Looked and tasted old.
You CAN'T get a pizza like this anywhere else besides Pizza Hut. This location is always accurate, friendly and fast.

Asked for extra sauce and got NO sauce.Pizza was supposed to come with 3 toppings and they only got one topping.Was supposed to be a personal pan and was just regular crust.I think it's under new management ot something. They used to atleast get the order right now it must be run by idiots.
