Ordered veg garden pizza and chocolate mousse cake. The pizza sauce tasted worse than store bought and cheese wouldn’t stick to the pizza. The cake was so dry and definitely bad for a chocolate mousse.

I have been ordering from this place for years. I just had one of the MOST frustrating conversations I have ever had with a woman that answered the phone and identified herself as a manager. The online payment system is down. I have been sick with severe nausea for a couple of days. Last night I ordered online an extra large pizza, garlic bread and (1) cup of ice chips. Delivery was fast as always. Tonight I asked the lady that answered the phone to bring the same thing they brought me last night. “This woman said, “ she would need to ask the driver if he was willing to bring me a cup of ice chips with the order that the driver would already be bringing” This is the craziest response from a manager that I have ever heard. I called twice because I thought she misunderstood something. Nope. This manager really meant she would have to see if her driver was willing to bring me a single cup of ice chips with my order. Lord this so unbelievably ridiculous, it sounds like a made up story. I have been ordering from them for over 10 years. This has to be one of the dumbest reasons to loose a customer.

We are long-time customers of Pizzerella and went for lunch today. We really love the staff there because it is really important to them that we have a great experience and they have an awesome selection of food to choose from. Highly recommend!

I've been to this place a few times,very convenient location to my home. I had the meatball calzone and the white calzone🔥 2 different occasions, it was takeout,when I arrived home it was still steaming in temperature. The Greek salad was delicious as well they do skimp on portion sizes either.

Whoever is going door to door with Pizzarella flyers stuffed the flyer inside my decorative wreath hanging on my front door instead of my mailbox where it would naturally be expected.
This isn't a good look for this business or a helpful marketing strategy. My wreath is a personal decoration, while the mailbox is property of USPS and publicly available. Placement of the flyer felt intrusive (it clearly involved handling my personal decor to keep the flyer from falling out of the wreath) and tacky (it looked like trash got caught in my wreath). Please put flyers in a place that doesn't interfere with potential customers' home decor/personal property. Thanks!

I felt the pizza was slightly overcooked. It was absolutely delicious otherwise. The pepperoni rolls were fabulous. I think my favorite part was the ravioli and garlic bread. Definitely feel the side items and desserts were better than the pizza. Which may have been due to the way it was cooked. Definitely impressed by the overall presentation.
