This restaurant has been open for a few months (2023).
One would think a new restaurant would try its best to surpass customers' satisfaction, but that is not the case here.
Keep your expectations very low because the staff does not care.
Disappointing experience.
Will not return and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
Customers understand it's busy. That's a given. That is not an excuse. That is not an excuse for your staff take more than 5 minutes to seat you, more than 15 minutes to give you the menu, more than 30 minutes to give BOTTLED drinks to arrive, and more than 1 hour to give you your first ordered dish.
It would have been helpful to have the server notify the customers about the delay.
Servers were dismissive and cold. None of them greeted properly and introduced themselves.
They left empty dirty dishes on our table. Why? Were they not trained to do this? The table was small. All the dishes we had barely fit.
Food was all mediocre. Definitely overpriced, especially for the skewered grilled meats.
Thank goodness we were not hungry and hangry!
Please staff appropriately or hire competnent management and staff.
Despite all this, we still tipped generously because that's what we do.
Please save your time and money and go somewhere where you will be respected and given proper customer service and eat delicious food.

Food was not great at all! The short rib ramin sucked! The ribs were like chewing gum and the broth was ok... The omurice I ordered for the 1st time was so horrible! Tasted more like a bottle of ketchup all the way too! Plus the servers took a while too. I dont know if it was because i was filipino and not korean or white but yeah.... I've notice that when i go to this area as a filipino/look like a mexican and get this kind of service where i go there... Its really sad when people mistake and judge you! But all in all the food was not great and serice too!

Got here at 5:47pm on Friday and it was not open. Their “OPEN” sign says open and the hours of operation says they are open, but they are not. What a waste of time.

Upon coming in, I had high expectations for this place. However, we were sat at a table that was dirty and they wiped it down in front of us as we sat down. Secondly, there was a lack of workers and vapes dispersed throughout the restaurant. The DJS at this place were more worried about the music going on than the customers itself, including our server itself who forgot to take our orders until he overheard someone complaining about it. With the first thing we ordered which was the spicy fire chicken, it somehow got “cut” off the receipt and no apology was even said to us. Our food all came out at varying times and even one of them came out twenty minutes out later than the rest. The food was overpriced and not worth it, the ramen seemed like it was just made out of a package and not worth the $14. We asked to split the check and our server wasn’t even sure if it was possible and our orders were taken on an iPhone. I’m all for supporting small businesses, but the lack of energy, service and cleanliness of the space was horrible. Upon us paying at the REGISTER, our server just walked away. Safe to say, we all left no tip and will never come back again. JUST A WARNING TO EVERYONE COMING!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed in this place. We came in with the restaurant being empty with just another party of two. There was vapes laying around two tables. They take their orders on their phone and took 20 minutes to take our order. When the food came out, we waited for another 15 for one of our friends plate to come out. It seems like they forgot to even place our order. When we asked the employee, he said it “seems like it was cut off the tab.” If they found a more efficient way to place orders, this wouldn’t have occurred. The place is empty and they close at 2AM. They need to train their employees better and have them attentive to the customers dining. Their employees are incompetent and don’t know what they’re doing.

Was there Sunday afternoon service was very slow even though it was literally empty. I had to go find the server multiple times. And then they put 20% tip automatically. Is this joke?
