Their new item croffle was terribly hard and cold, not the reg soft and chewy texture that you’d expect. When were asked, one of the girls bluntly said “oh the waffle was made in the morning thats why its cold, we’re still testing out the recipe and stuff”. Okay its 10pm, so you sold your tested item at full price and didnt even offer to warm it up or something. They’re the only place opens late in the area so i guess they could care less about customer service. Love...

Been consistently coming here after having trouble with the garland location. The staff is always friendly and kind. The ynever mess up and order and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable! Yall are the best! <3

I enjoyed this boba place because it is clean, has seating, and has a variety of board games. I love that they have machines for ordering and customizing your boba as soon as you enter. There are so many options to choose from! I tried the mango fruit tea, which was delicious. The service was fast, and the staff was really friendly.
