Donuts are always fresh & the people behind the counter are very friendly. Would not recommend getting drinks from refrigerators though.

They canceled my doordash order because it was $11 and some change and they had a $8 off promotion.. so they canceled my order because they would've only got $3 and some change. I'm a very loyal customer of there and I'm surprised of the service bad business I received today. Why have a promotion and not honor it . Very disloyal business. They have loss a customer of 4 yrs .. never will I come back or order from here
Reponse to owner. It doesn't matter thats not the customers problem ... that's between you and doordash. But you just lost a customer so you don't have to worry about me walking in or ordering pick up for you ever again. We will find somewhere else that wants our business and yes I will be posting these experience on social media because this is ridiculous

Was asking for fresh baked ham and cheese croissants and they were being taken out of the cooler. Was told they make them a day before because they take an hour to make. Was offered some fresh simple croissants, they were also as cold as if from the day before..

How in the world did I not find this place sooner!?? Was recommended to come here by some friends and Ranch IV did not disappoint! Will be back for donuts and kokaches!!
Donuts were good but too expensive. Got 4 “design” donuts, 2 regular donuts, 2 kolaches, 2 drinks ( strawberry milk and juice) and paid $28. Not worth it.
