I have to say my best judgment could be skewed after all it was Valentine's day. Our waitress didn't seem to think waiting on our table wasn't necessary. Got 2 orders wrong. But the food was great and the drinks are strong

Really bad customer service. Came from far away to try their food. Wasn’t greeted, everyone looked at me and didn’t come until the third lady came from the back. I was then sat down, brought my food and ignored until I signal her to bring us the check because she was too busy laughing at the bar. If I could not give them any stars I would do so.

They never have the food that’s on the menu. I attempted to change the order three times all I was told was the item wasn’t available. And the food they do serve is hard , dry and unfavorable. They play music soo loud ya can’t hear anyone the restaurant is filled with drunks that can barely stand. Prices aren’t listed and continuously changing. Horrible service and horrible restaurant.

Food was mediocre. Unless you’re a drunk ready to spend your week’s paycheck, the waitresses barely pay attention to you. I had some questionable pozole, the pork looked like dissected brain. And on top of that, the waitress tipped herself 20% and had I not asked for the itemized check, no one would have noticed and she would have gotten double the tip that was not deserved. This place used to be good.

Really good food, and drinks and plates came real fast while having the restaurant full. Impressive to serve food with no mistakes while attending multiple families eating

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid, and it’s more than just a place to eat — it’s become a second home. Growing up here, this spot has always been a constant in my life. Over the years, I’ve watched families gather here, kids grow up, and strangers become friends. The regular customers and staff are like one big extended family, and the warmth and familiarity make every visit special.
The food? Always on point. This place serves up some of the best Salvadoran and seafood dishes around, and their pupusas are hands down the best in town — no contest. Whether you're craving a classic revuelta or a cheesy loroco, every bite tastes homemade and full of flavor. The seafood is fresh and cooked just right every time — nothing ever feels rushed or overdone.
The staff is what really sets this place apart. They’re friendly, attentive, and quick, but most importantly, they treat you like you matter. Even during busy hours, they manage to keep things moving without making you feel rushed. There’s a genuine care in the way they interact with customers — it’s not just service, it’s connection.
If you're looking for a place with soul, heart, and food that hits the spot every time, this is it. It’s not just a restaurant — it’s part of the community. I’m grateful to have grown up with it, and I’ll keep coming back for years to come.

Bad service, the arrogant, rude waitresses are not friendly at all and they take a long time to serve and they don't come at all to see if you need anything else, the food leaves a lot to be desired.

Bad smell in the place, 35 minutes waiting for a plate of food, the same song during the time I was there.

The food is good. 45mn to give us food. On weekends after 8pm it is not a place for families since it stops being a restaurant and turns into a drunk cantina.

Best pupusa's in Carrollton in my honest opinion, my favorite refreshment as well is a fruit salad cocktail man so delicious! Authentic 100% and its a whole vibe for the raza after hours. Definitely recommend ??
Vegetarian options: Spinach pupusas, bean and cheese delicious, a verity of other vegan friendly meals.

I made an order of 12 pupusas, yes they are very salty. And apart from being very unseasoned for my order, I told the cashier and she didn't seem to care. Very bad experience with the service and my food
