Today I called to place an order for $200 to take away and the waitress who answered me is extremely arrogant and haughty. I asked her a question about the menu and she told me that she has no way of knowing, really, having employees like her is loses clientele.

The food is decent but it takes FOREVER to put food on your table.If you place the order by phone they tell you that you have to wait 45 minutes to pick it up, and when you arrive they still make you wait about 25 more minutes... All afternoon waiting to eat.To top it off they charge you extra if you pay with a credit card.Not to mention the music...TOO LOUD all the time.Actually, not a highly recommended place unless you have a LONG TIME to wait for food and if you like go half deaf.

The food is great, but not worth it! The service is terrible. I tried ordering on the phone and nobody spoke English, which was not what I experienced last time. They had to get a regular customer to translate which worked. I placed my order and every time I said cheese they said "bean and cheese?" A little frustrating. They told me 10-15. It was 30. The same wait time last time as well. I paid and they charged me 3% without saying anything for using a debit card. You have to inform people of that. There's no sign or any communication on an up-charge for debit card use. The pupusas are good, but this is Texas, I can find good pupusas elsewhere. Don't go. The music is loud, nobody is ever in there which should be a sign, the service is terrible and the hidden price will just make you made after waiting so long. Stay away.

I stopped in for Papusas- and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. I asked for her recommendation and I ended up with four different combinations (12total). Each was still hot and full of flavor by the time I got home! The cabbage slaw was perfect. What a great treat for a Sunday meal for my family

Worst service ever the waitress didn't listen and brought the wrong drink then when o ordered she didn't bring the right food and In the beginning they brought chips to a table of 6 and placed it on one side when I ordered another for the opposite side she had an attitude the food wasn't that great it was all greasy and old tasting I tried to be nice and keep the food and let it slide but her attitude wasn't worth the trip here and to top it off I paid for the items that I didn't order won't be returning and don't recommend anyone else
