This has been our go-to donut shop for about twenty years. We don't go often but when we do we have always thought it was fabulous. However, we went today and along with the new name are new donuts and they are awful. So very disappointing. For the life of me I don't understand why someone would buy a beloved donut shop and change the donuts.

I was worried b/c I have a donut home but it’s too far from me now as I just moved to this area. But as a donut connoisseur all over DFW, this is hands down the best donuts I’ve had in DFW! Not too sweet, no funny aftertaste or texture, not too dense, AND the lady was just as kind as can be (and cute respectfully!). This was my first donut stop in Carrollton since moving here and I don’t need to go to another! Keep doing what ya’ll doing!

You guys, these are the best donuts and kolaches! There is so much variety and everything I’ve tried is so fresh and delicious. My favorites are the filled donuts (you can choose between jelly or custard) and the cheese kolache <3 Not to mention, the owner is so sweet and kind; my friends and I always have a good experience here. If you’re ever in the area, I really recommend starting off your day at Rich Donuts!

Hands down the best donut shop in dfw!! Very easy to find and staff is very friendly, even though it was very early in the morning! Prices are very affordable and the donuts are so tasty and well cooked :) definitely coming here for my early sweet cravings! Definitely recommend 100%!
